After almost 8 months of unhindered companionship, the Aliens and the Dark Warriors have upgraded their alliance. Now, the army community will watch the duo as a brotherly alliance, and there is no telling what is next.

On Sunday, September 19, 2026, the Aliens of Club Penguin and the Dark Warriors upgraded their alliance to the status of a brother alliance. Previously, the two armies allied on January 23, establishing the Dark Galactic Alliance. This development came immediately before DW ended its war against the Templars of Club Penguin — the Exterminatio Sanguisugarum. Later that day, the force treaty against the Templars was enforced. In their Discord servers, Aliens leader Sheriff and DW leader Julia completed the upgrade through a formal announcement sent at the same time.

Unlike the Aliens’ announcement, DW’s announcement provides a token of appreciation, featuring the values shared by the alliance up to the present.
The Love Story Thus Far
On January 19, the Army of Club Penguin waged war against the Scarlet Republic. Subsequently, the Aliens joined forces with the Scarlet Republic to combat ACP. While other major and small/medium armies joined the war, the Dark Warriors did not show any involvement in the war. However, once the war ended following the Aliens’ surrender, the Dark Galactic Alliance was unexpectedly formed. The timeline of the alliance and the war was converging. Following the creation of the alliance, a coordinated ceremonial event was organized by the two armies on CPA Battleground.

On February 7, the Aliens-Scarlet Republic alliance formed in 2025 reached its brotherly status. The Republic shut down in the following month, leaving the Aliens once more with no brother allies. Since the Dark Galactic Alliance’s formation, the Aliens-DW duo has had only one practice battle. This battle was held on August 9, which resulted in an Aliens victory with a score of 2-0-1 [W-L-T] in the Aliens’ favor.

After this set of events taking place in 2026 alone, the army community has finally reached the point where the Aliens and the Warriors find themselves in an upgraded relationship — a brother alliance. The pair of armies continue to be “Top Ten neighbors,” generally sharing close ranks on the weekly Top Ten. In addition, there are official speculations of a practice battle taking place between the armies soon.
Lastly, Club Penguin Armies reached out to Aliens leader Sheriff and DW leader Julia to understand their perspective on the now-brotherly alliance.
What exactly motivated you to upgrade the alliance to a brotherly one?
Sheriff, Aliens leader: We’ve been talking non-stop for the past few weeks, finding all the things we have in common, the lovely leadership, it’s been great!
Julia, DW leader: Arguably one of the easiest decisions ever. Aliens have always had the qualities of being that comforting brother. Consistent support, always fun, they challenge us to think, they want to see us improve, and we want the same for them. Becoming a brother alliance was a no-brainer.
How is this alliance special and different from other alliances?
Sheriff, Aliens leader: You take the word ‘brother’ and put it with alliance. Boom. Best friends.
Julia, DW leader: It’s the energy. As you can see, our last alliance with Templars went up in flames, but there wasn’t always the most positive energy coming from that alliance anyways. Sometimes alliances can be purely strategic, and other times they can flourish into something so much more, like our one with Aliens!
Do you believe that this alliance could reduce competitiveness in the army community?
Sheriff, Aliens leader: Damn uhhhhhh i dont think thisll reduce competitiveness
Julia, DW leader: I don’t see why it would. We’ve had brother alliances in the past, it just depends on the state of the rest of the CPA community.

Sheriff, Aliens leader: My usual answer to this question: be nice, dont doxx, dont threaten ( + dont multilog)

Based on the leaders’ responses, it appears that the armies are optimistic about their future together. In the last year, not many brother alliances have formed. In January, before the war struck, the army community witnessed the breaking of two of Scarlet Republic’s brother alliances. Will we see more brother alliances form in the coming months?
