On July 24, Amcercate officially retired from the Aliens. In this post, we will go through her history and army experiences, the retirement event, while also taking a look at her future plans.

AMS Army Journey
The Beginnings
The army history of Amcercate (also known as Ams) is a unique one. Throughout it, she has been loyal to one army, the Aliens. She joined the community on February 22, 2025, during an Aliens Club Penguin Journey event. Her future dedication to the army could be seen from the first day.

Not even a month later, she had already become a staff member in the server. On March 15, she won the “Staff of the Week” award for the first time. She managed to win it again 2 months later, on May 11. On August 9, she got a double promotion, going straight to the rank of Second-in-Command. In the message, the army’s co-creator and leader, BestPenguin, states that she put much effort into the army during the Legends Cup XV. Just a month later, on September 8, she was promoted again and became a Leader-in-Training.
Her work in the Aliens contributed to them being one of the strongest armies of 2025. During the time Ams was a staff member or Higher Command, the army won the Around the World Cup II, reached the Legends Cup XV finals, where it lost against the Rebel Penguin Federation, and won the October Horrors tournament. Additionally, when it comes to wars, Aliens managed to defeat the Army of Club Penguin.
She eventually became the twelfth Aliens leader on November 30. The promotion happened right before Christmas Chaos XV, with a 30-minute ceremonial event, in which 50 people gathered to witness Ams’ promotion. At the same time, they wore a special uniform for the occasion, dressing like knights. Ams gave a speech on Discord during the event, thanking people from the community and expressing gratitude.

Ams leadership tenure began with the Aliens’ participation in the Christmas Chaos XV. The army managed to reach the finals, getting LCXV flashbacks as they were to face the RPF once again. Similarly to the Legends Cup, they were not able to defeat them and ended up getting second place.
As the new year started, it was time for new adventures. On January 19, the Army of Club Penguin declared war on the Scarlet Republic, an ally of the Aliens. The following day, the Aliens also joined the war in an attempt to protect their Small Medium ally, the SR. The war almost immediately grew even larger, with the Water Vikings joining ACP’s side.

The war included 3 Major armies and 1 SM, so one of the battles reached about 110 penguins online, 60 ACP, and 50 Aliens. By January 21, there had already been 4 battles, 3 won by ACP and 1 by SR. On the same day, Aliens did something unexpected and withdrew from the war, stating that ACP and WV had acted in a “despicable manner”. They also heavily criticised the WV declaration against them, which they deemed too inappropriate and sexual.
As soon as the war was over, the Aliens formed a new alliance with the Dark Warriors. Some weeks later, they and the SR drew closer and eventually formed a brother alliance. The Aliens continued expanding their diplomacy by allying with the Templars in April as well.
When it comes to tournaments, the Aliens initially signed up for the March Madness XI, but ended up withdrawing later on. They have not reappeared in any tournaments ever since.
Internal Figure
As analysed in this post, Ams has been very important to her army internally. She is potentially the most active person in the army, given she has not taken a day off. This is also evident given she has over 200 thousand messages in the public channels of the server, just in the almost one and a half years she has been in it.

She has contributed a lot to the internal organisation of the server, as well as the activities that run within it. Apart from that, she made new additions to the army, leaving behind her mark. She brought the idea of voice leading to the Aliens, which was something that was lacking from it. Her personality has made her very likeable and popular to the people of the Discord server. Just to put her popularity in perspective, 85 people pressed “interested” in her retirement event.

As soon as the participants gathered, they formed a heart formation, with Ams in the center. Then, they did tactics related to Ams’ retirement. Leaders were sending the tactics in the chat with Ams’ voice leading. A bit later, the army switched forms to write “AMS” on the iceberg.
At that time, there were more than 55 penguins online celebrating her retirement. Near the end, Ams led her own tactics in the chat, thanking the participants who showed up to honor her retirement. The event then continued to em03‘s igloo, which was decorated for the event. At the end of the event, Sheriff thanked Ams for all the efforts she put into the army and shared a Padlet made by a number of staff and members to thank her for her service in the army. BP also announced Ams’ induction to Paragon Alien, a new Hall of Fame rank which is given to “the ideal alien which represents an alien who is kind and loved by the people”. Finally, Ams sent a lengthy retirement speech, where she thanked everyone who attended and explained why she is retiring. It can be read below.

What was your first thought when you stumbled upon Aliens?

Did you achieve everything you wanted during your leadership tenure?
I hope i did, sadly i did not had the time. i’m actually very sad to retire, but i know when it is time to stop and take care of ourselves, and now is one of those. this is definitely not a goodbye to the community, i will be back, just need to take care of myself firsthand !
If you could go back and change one thing from your army journey, what would that be?
i dont this i would like to change anything, all of what aliens went through internally and publicly was something we had to go through, and in a way, i am glad we did, because it made the staff team very much closer, and it made us realise a lot of things.
i am very proud of the staff team we built and have today, and i know i am not leaving aliens with any worry of an issue in between the current staff team

Would you like to say anything to the Aliens members?
my staff and my troops know everything already i believe : i care about aliens so much, and many of them knows that this retirement was needed more than pushing to stay when i am struggling so much with mental health. i am glad that i feel like i can leave with no guilt of wondering how aliens will do, because i know the people who are staying here will take care of aliens as much as i do.

It seems like Ams’ retirement was a big deal for Aliens, as she has led the army for a while and has been loved by the army’s members and allies. How will this retirement affect the Aliens’ future?
