July comes to an end, as have the armies’ Legends Cup campaigns. Hence, the community got together to decide what made the month most fulfilling. Let us dive into what big happened in the past month in a nutshell.

In the same way as the previous months, the Club Penguin Armies community came together and voted on their Top 5 Moments for June via polls in the Discord server. This time, once more, much fewer moments made it to the list of moments that were put up for voting. Community members could only choose among 11 moments.

The Army of Club Penguin raided a practice battle between the Templars and the Aliens on Club Penguin Journey. Subsequently, ACP declared war against the Templars. This war — “The Spring Offensive” — was notably the first conflict fought on CPJ. It is worth mentioning that this development came after TCP had been defeated in a war against the Water Vikings.

#4 – Ams Retires from The Aliens

After leading Aliens and helping the army grow and succeed, Ams announced her retirement. During her retirement event, Aliens thanked her for her time and dedication by inducting her into the Hall of Fame as the Paragon Alien. Ams explained that although she was sad to leave, she felt her retirement was necessary to take care of herself. She also expressed confidence that the staff would continue to lead Aliens towards further success.

#3 – Club Penguin Journey Reaches 1 Million Users

On July 14, Club Penguin Journey surpassed 1 million registered accounts. This is a huge milestone as it becomes one of the few CPPS that have managed to achieve this feat. Arguably, it is also the most popular CPPS currently, one that armies rely on the most. CPJ celebrated the achievement by throwing the 1,000,000 Penguins Party. The party included a special catalog that looked back at the CPJ’s past numerical achievements and parties. It also offered many items from the various eras of the game.

#2 – CPA Celebrates 4th Anniversary

Club Penguin Armies celebrated its 4th anniversary with three challenges, leaving a record of the league’s most memorable moments over the past years. The first post focused on the former administration of the league, ending in a Wordle challenge. The second and third posts focused on the league’s second and third years of the league, spanning July 2023 to July 2025. These posts also placed emphasis on the tournaments organized by the league. The challenges chosen for these were a Wordle, a crossword puzzle, and a Word Scramble.

#1 – ACP Breaks its Top Ten Record

On July 12, 2026, the Army of Club Penguin surpassed its 15-year-old record of 19 weeks at #1 on the Top Ten. They took away the 21 weeks as #1 in TT the week after, one of the oldest streaks in Club Penguin Armies, making them one step closer to the historic Templars’ record: 51 weeks.

All in all, we witness substantial improvement considering the performance of armies during Legends Cup XIV. The month saw a bunch of changes that will make this month feel different from the rest.
