Aliens leader Ams never took a day off during her first year in the Aliens. In her words, she attended events across every timezone for her army and its allies. She continues this relentless dedication today. Her inspiration came from the leadership she witnessed as a staff member. Bestpenguin and Sheriff showed her how to care for people. Moreover, they supported her through many difficult personal moments.

Furthermore, she felt immense love from the Aliens’ troops and staff. Meeting so many community members helped shape her leadership skills. Ams remains incredibly humble about her journey. In addition, she simply attended events and helped throughout the year. Because of this, she claims to have never expected higher ranks. Every single rapid promotion came as a massive surprise to her.
The Heart of the Aliens
The way the community interacts makes Ams a better leader every day. Many people approached her after she became a leader, and they explained how they started talking more. Further, Ams helped them become active, chat, and participate in events. She even guided some to become staff members. Through her actions, she showed them she would be there to help.

The leadership team stays very close to the troops. Likewise, every single troop remains close to the leaders, while the team cares deeply about them. Ams hopes that “it stays like this forever.” She added that she would not enjoy a community “without random chats about kettles.” She loves laughing over anything at any time of day. As an individual at the apex position of her army, she has to deal with certain leader-like responsibilities, including ensuring the staff is contributing as much as needed. Leaders in the Aliens are expected to post weekly schedules, making hosting stamp missions an ensured practice.

Consequently, she wants to thank every Alien reading this. She appreciates them for keeping the community vibrant. She describes that they always show up and constantly spread love. She hopes they all reciprocate the support shared by the leadership. She is confident that Aliens will keep a “special place in the heart.”
BACKGROUND
Ams joined the Aliens in February 2025. Based on her high activity levels, she earned herself a staff rank within just a week. She proved her skills during major tournaments like the Legends Cup. There, she led forces via both voice and text chat.
Her dedication earned her a double promotion from Fourth-in-Command to Second-in-Command. In addition, Ams has already led the Aliens to two tournament victories this year. The Aliens dominated both Around the World Cup II and October Horrors. Additionally, Christmas Chaos was her first tournament as a leader.

The 12th Aliens Leader
The Aliens officially promoted Ams to her highest leadership rank, Admiral, on November 30, 2025. Before stepping into the top spot, she climbed through the army’s High Command, where she managed staff duties and anchored the community by attending nearly every major event.

Ams joined Bestpenguin and Sheriff at the helm, making her the twelfth leader in the army’s seven-year history. Her promotion kicked off an exciting new chapter for the Aliens, especially with the highly anticipated Christmas Chaos tournament at that time. The Aliens celebrated Ams’ promotion with a 30-minute EU ceremonial event on CPA Battleground. The army maxed out at an impressive size of 50 penguins. The crew wore special knightly outfits instead of their usual uniforms. Subsequently, Ams delivered an acceptance speech on Discord. She thanked the community and expressed her deep gratitude.

Biggest hits
As with any leader, Ams considers reaching the finals of Christmas Chaos XV her biggest achievement. The Aliens worked incredibly hard throughout the entire tournament. Additionally, standing up for her brother allies, the Scarlet Republic, in January this year marked another vital milestone. This occurred specifically during the intense Scarlet Republic and Aliens versus the Army of Club Penguin and Water Vikings war. Ultimately, Ams claims to always take pride in standing up to protect the small/medium army community.
Ams also installed several creative activities within the Aliens community. For instance, she successfully introduced a brand-new Advent Calendar. The leadership team plans to turn this project into a yearly tradition moving forward. Everyone loved the community’s hard work on the event. Furthermore, receiving daily positive feedback on the chapters brought immense joy to the team.

Ams also launched a highly successful community Egg Hunt all around the server during April. The staff team specifically designed unique eggs for the event. To guide the players, the leadership released daily clues using creative riddles. Here is one clue that was provided…

Furthermore, each hidden egg represented something a specific staff member liked or represented. Ams absolutely loved the creativity everyone poured into this little project.

How did you accomplish what you are today?
i never took a single day of break during my first year in aliens, i was attending events in every timezone, for aliens, for our allies, and still do. i think what i did comes from what i saw in the leadership i saw during all my staff period : BP and a bit lately Sheriff showed me the way to care for people, and how they supported me through a lot of hard moments i was going through, and just felt the love in aliens, by the troops, by the staff, and meeting so many people, that just helped to build the leader i am today.
i dont think i did anything special to become what i am today : i attended and helped all throughout the year and never expected to have higher ranks actually, every promo was such a surprise for me, never expected so much in such a little amount of time
What do you believe is the hardest challenge a leader can face? Looking back at your own career, what has been yours?
the hardest thing i faced was probably having problematic staff members : a lot of people saw the outside of it when we lost our website, but a lot happened internally too, and it was a lot to handle, as it was during my first three months of ledership so pretty rough to handle, but made it through from the support of the rest of the team!
Who impacted you the most throughout your journey?
Definitely my co-leaders, BP and Sheriff, for the biggest impact, but every member of the staff impacted my way into and during leadership. Whoever was or still is a staff member since i joined aliens made an impact, by the discussions, by the ideas shared, by the help at any time of the day and through everything.
How do relations between the community affect a leader, in your opinion?
The way we interact with our community is making me a better leader daily. A lot of people came to me after i became leader, telling how they started to talk more because i helped them become active, to chat, to participate more in events, for some to become staff, by showing that i’d be here any time to help. We are very close to our troops, and every single one of them is close to us, we care a lot about them, and i hope it stays like this forever, i wouldnt enjoy a community where i cant have a random chat about kettles or just laughing over anything at any time of the day. To any Alien troop reading this : thank you, for keeping this community the way it is, for always showing up, and for always spreading love around. I hope you all appreciate the love that we share to you as often as possible. Thank you Aliens, you’ll always have a place in my heart, and i hope we get many years more to share together!
