On Saturday, July 18, several armies are scheduled to participate in the Legends Cup XVI Quarter-Finals. Let us further examine the predictions of the community regarding which armies are most likely to succeed and progress to the Semi-Finals.

Following the conclusion of the Legends Cup XVI Qualifiers Round, the outcomes of the Quarter-Finals are anticipated with great interest by the community. A total of eight armies are scheduled to compete, with a place in the Semi-Finals set to be contested. The participating armies consist of the Romans of Club Penguin, the Army of Club Penguin, Dark Warriors, Help Force, Water Vikings, Star Force, the Rebel Penguin Federation, and the Pizzaioli of Club Penguin. Additionally, all battles will be adjudicated by the Club Penguin Army Judges, and the winners of each room will be determined on the basis of the performance demonstrated by each participating army.

Club Penguin Armies reached out to several community members to get their perspective on the upcoming battles.
Romans vs. Army of Club Penguin
The Romans of Club Penguin have undergone significant transformations following multiple changes within the army. Most recently, Znation and DBSA were inducted into the army’s leadership. The army is presently reconstructing itself after a period of inactivity spanning several months. During the tenure of their most recent generation, the army advanced to the grand finals of Christmas Chaos XV in a three-way battle. Unfortunately, the army was defeated in the CCXV finals.
The Army of Club Penguin has established a significant presence within the community. In recent tournaments, they secured victories at the Around The World Cup III and March Madness XI. They also advanced to the Semi-Finals of Christmas Chaos XV and the Grand Finals of October Horrors. More recently, the army has been engaged in an ongoing conflict with the Templars of Club Penguin. Additionally, the army organized a successful community Pride Parade. The battle against Romans is set to be at 2pm EST.

Dark Warriors vs Help Force
The Dark Warriors were founded on October 16, 2007, by Ambrosha. Later that year, they subsequently merged with the Ice Warriors. Throughout its history, the army has experienced continuous development, culminating in victory in Christmas Chaos II. Their most successful year was 2014, when they secured victories in both the Champions Cup III and Christmas Chaos IV tournaments. More recently, the army advanced to the Grand Finals of Christmas Chaos XV and the October Horrors S/M division. Additionally, the army achieved the status of a major army on March 1, 2026.
On March 13, 2018, Ayan established an army initially named Helping Friends. However, after being defaced, the army rebranded itself as the Help Force. Throughout its history, the army secured victory in the Legends Cup XIV in 2024. Most recently, the army commemorated its eighth anniversary on March 13, 2026. Additionally, the army co-hosted a community pride parade in collaboration with ACP. Their upcoming battle against DW is scheduled for 3:00pm EST.

Yols, Shadow Legionaries Staff: DW vs HF, I think DW will get the win. Tho I think the match will be closer than I think it will be. Like maybe they tie a room or if HF really does good they can maybe win a room. But DW will still win I think.

Water Vikings vs. Star Force
The Water Vikings are a historical army founded by Jed Pen and Zakster after a merger of the Masked Vikings and Water Troops in 2010. To this day, the Water Vikings have continued to leave their mark on the army community. Throughout the course of its history, the Vikings secured the Christmas Chaos XIII trophy in 2023, securing their first major tournament trophy. Most recently, the army reached third place in March Madness XI and the October Horrors Finals. They also reached the Semi-Finals of Christmas Chaos XV.
Star Force was founded by its present leader, Fun X Time, on June 15, 2025. Furthermore, the army has been well-known for hosting frequent rogue events on Club Penguin Journey in the past year. Throughout the army’s tenure, the army hasn’t been in a conflict with another army. More recently, the army celebrated its first anniversary on June 15, 2025. The army is set to face off against Water Vikings at 3pm EST.

Rebel Penguin Federation vs. Pizzaioli of Club Penguin
The Rebel Penguin Federation has established itself as a dominant army throughout its history. It was founded by Commando717 on May 8, 2007. Subsequently, the army experienced rapid expansion. Over the years, the Rebels participated in numerous conflicts, contending with adversaries including the Army of Club Penguin and the Nachos. A significant milestone was achieved in 2013 during Legends Cup IV, whereby the federation secured its inaugural tournament victory under the leadership of Elmikey. The Rebels further demonstrated their prowess by defeating the Nachos in the finals of Christmas Chaos V. Eighteen years later, the RPF continues to maintain its prominent status within the community, establishing itself as a formidable force.
On April 11, the Pizzaioli of Club Penguin opened its doors under the leadership of Klombe and Skydorino. Later on, the army inducted Yolsie as the newest leader. Throughout the army’s tenure, it has been mostly inactive, with no constant events being hosted. Following such circumstances, they are set to face off against the Rebel Penguin Federation at 4pm EST.
