On April 11, the Pizzaioli of Club Penguin opened its doors under the leadership of klombe and Skydorino. At the army’s opening event, the army maxed out with of modest 2 penguins, who were just the leaders. Since then, they have held three other events, of which two were successful invasions on the map. Thematically, the army has been named after pizzaiolo, plural pizzaioli, a skilled Italian pizza maker.

Furthermore, the Discord server was set up on the same day as the opening event took place by Skydorino. However, their server has become prosperous in the quantity of channels and activity over time. Currently, the Pizzaioli uniform features the Chef Hat, the Red Backpack, the I Heart Pizza T-Shirt, and the Fire Nunchaku—pizza-themed items from the original Club Penguin.

So far, the army has invaded the territories of Ascent and Fiesta on the map without external interference. Notably, these two lands lie next to the Rebel Penguin Federation‘s only land and capital server, Tuxedo. At the moment, Pizzaioli leaders have plans on invading more adjacent lands, while the community remains doubtful of what they are getting at.

About the Leaders
klombe first joined the army community on May 1, 2025, when he was recruited into the Doritos of Club Penguin. In two months, on June 11, he found himself as the leader of the Fire Vikings, until he left for the Romans of Club Penguin in December. He had returned to FV leadership earlier this year. Skydorino, too, began his army career in the Doritos as a Master Sergeant on March 3, 2025. In July of the same year, he spent his time in the Templars of Club Penguin as a Noble Knight and ended up joining the Water Vikings. After spending his time in WV as a Viking Warrior, he joined Fire Vikings as a Staff-in-Training in early May 2026 for a short period. At present, the two leaders are working towards the Pizzaioli army, achieving a recent max of 11 in one of their events.

To clear the air, Club Penguin Armies reached out to Pizzaioli leaders klombe and Skydorino for an exclusive interview regarding the formation of the new army and its one-month progress.
What motivated you to create the army?
klombe: i always wanted to make a army so i realized i had free will so i created one
Skydorino: it was august 2025, i was talking to klombe for abit because well i was deciding to make another army, and he gave me some pizza themed ideas, and i wanted to have something as apart of my history, and because i thought it was fun.
Are you in full faith that the army is more unique than other small/medium armies?
klombe: yes because this is all italian pizza army and it has veyr very cool member (3 enlistd)
Skydorino: im entirely siding with it is unique, i think it is because its an army where both founders are dual enlisted.
Why have the Pizzaioli joined the army map at an early age?
klombe: cuz i want land
Skydorino: because we are trying to show how fast we can grow in the cpab community.
Do you expect war on the map in the near future that involves your army?
klombe: yes
Skydorino: i do, klombe keeps saying he wants to war someone.
How battle-ready is your army?
klombe: it could invade rpf rn but i wont do it cuz i feel nice today
Skydorino: i’d say kind of, we dont have any fully enlisted troops yet we are kinda only working with on-hires rn.
Is there anything else you would like to add?
klombe: grande pizza buona pizza
Skydorino: klombe is the best work partner i have had in cparmies.
To sum up, the Pizzaioli appear to be having a great time in the army community for now. From what can be figured out from the interview, the army is all chill and game. Moreover, the bond between the two leaders seems to prove powerful in nation-building. Do you think that the Pizzaioli are trying hard to stand out? Is it justified for them to access the map in their early stages?
