Pending WV Force Treaty on TCP

Monday, April 20th

4 PM EST – The final battle of the war took place at 4 PM EST, with Great White being invaded. This battle was simple as TCP did not show up, and WV automatically took the win. However, this battle was after TCP had surrendered, so it does not count towards the war score.

1:45 PM EST – The Templars released a post through which they officially dropped out of the war. Interestingly, they claimed a victory in this war despite having lost every battle. This meant that the three remaining servers, including the former Templar capital, Jerusalem, would become Water Viking territory.

1:40 PM EST – In a surprising and unpredictable move, the Templars decided to use a bomb against the capital of the not involved Rebel Penguin FederationTuxedo. This brought many responses and questions about the Templars actions.

Sunday, April 19th

6 PM EST – The invasion of Skates took place. It was a recorded non-judged battle as there were no judges available. Despite that, the Templars did not show up, which meant that WV won automatically regardless.

SATURDAY, April 18th

8 PM EST – The fourth battle of the day took place at 8 PM EST. After a series of defeats for the Templars, this time they decided to just log on and troll around, without performing tactics and clear formations. The battle ended after the first room with WV taking the win. The war score at the end of the day was 0-0-12.

6 PM EST – The next battle of that hectic day took place at 6 PM EST, on the Xat server. The Water Vikings emerged victorious once again, defeating the Templars in all three rooms. Both armies had dropped in size compared to the beginning of the war, yet WV still had double size, with ~23, compared to TCP that had ~ 11.

4:30 PM EST – Another battle took place, this time on the Yukon server. The Water Vikings managed to sweep TCP once again, dominating another battle and increasing the war score to 0-0-10.

9:30 AM EST – After Templars rescheduled their invasion of Parka to 9 AM EST, the battle concluded with a defensive victory for the Water Vikings. This marks their eighth consecutive win in the ongoing war. Looking ahead, the Vikings are set to launch back-to-back invasions of Xat at 6 PM EST and Yukon at 4:30 PM EST.

Meanwhile, as the Vikings roll closer and closer to Jerusalem, the Templars show no signs of slowing down. They continue their offensive campaign with another invasion of Frosty scheduled for 8 PM EST – capping off a night featuring three major battles.

Friday, April 17th

4:30 PM EST – At that time, the Water Vikings managed to successfully invade Cloudy. Having more than double size, they managed to overwhelm their opponents and win all three rooms. This got them one step closer to occupying TCP capital, Jerusalem.

Thursday, April 16th

5:00 PM EST – The Water Vikings’ invasion of Brumby resulted in the successful capture of the server, making the war score 6-0 (W-L) in favor of the Vikings. As WV continues to close in on Jerusalem, the capital of their opponent, the Templars are set to invade Parka at 10 AM EST tomorrow.

11:18 AM EST – As of now, the Water Vikings have successfully taken control of Frosty and Husky, successfully defending both a counter-invasion of the latter as well as additional invasion attempts on Parka and North Pole. Currently, the Water Vikings have scheduled a freeland invasion of Frozen alongside an invasion of Brumby, a part of the Templars’ empire. On the other hand, the Templars continue their attacks on WV, namely, scheduling an invasion of Parka. The next war battle will be the aforementioned invasion of Brumby, scheduled to take place at 4:30 PM EST.

MONDAY, APRIL 13

5:25 PM EST – In response to the Templar’s war declaration post, Water Vikings Commander Lydia issued a response post, announcing the war to the army, and calling out TCP for the claims made in their post.

3:32 PM EST – In a dramatic escalation of one of the Club Penguin army community’s most historic rivalries, the Templars have officially declared war on the Water Vikings. This drastic move reignites tensions that have defined both armies for years. In the most recent major chapter of their vendetta, the Sluttpådawn War, the Templars came out victorious.

Final battle of the Sluttpådawn War between TCP and WV

The latest seasonal Top Ten showed the Templars placing above the Water Vikings by over 20 points, while holding a size average gap of more than ten. However, both armies were able to reach sizes of approximately 40 penguins in the last week. This recent change effectively tightened the performance gap between the two. This trend has remained consistent over the past few seasons. As such, the declaration signals a confident move from the Templars, who enter this conflict with the statistical edge. The Vikings, however, defeated the Templars in a direct matchup last year. Similarly, this came during comparable competitive trends, suggesting that despite the statistical edge, the outcome of this war remains far from certain.

WV vs. TCP in Legends Cup XV

This war was declared just moments after the Club Penguin Armies administration released its 1v1 war term ruling. The timing has raised questions within the community about the Templars’ intent, considering that the ruling effectively reopens traditional one-versus-one conflict frameworks.

The War Justification

In their post, the Templars justify their declaration of war on WV by pointing to the long-standing and defining rivalry that has historically shaped both armies. They note that TCP-WV conflicts have been frequent in the CPA landscape to the point of being expected. Additionally, they claim that efforts to ease tensions and improve relations, which briefly appeared possible, ultimately proved unsustainable. They also highlight perceived “disrespect” following WV’s association with Dawnables during a recent March Madness XI matchup, which the Templars viewed as a significant provocation and a breach of competitive conduct expectations.

Water Vikings have already begun organizing their response to the declaration, with the army scheduling the defense of their land. Alongside their defensive preparations, WV leadership has also indicated that a formal response post will be issued soon.

We reached out directly to Lydia from WV for a quick statement regarding this war:

What do you have to say about the timing of the declaration?

i think templars waiting for that 1v1 moment is super stupid and loserish. Why can’t you fight us without 1v1 and fun terms? scared of something?

As tensions continue to rise, all eyes are now on how both armies will respond in the coming hours. With a historic rivalry reignited and the renewed 1v1 war enforcement in effect, the War of Tundropa Heresy is already shaping up to be one of the most closely watched conflicts of the season. Further developments are expected as both sides begin mobilizing for what could become a defining chapter in their ongoing feud. What do YOU think? Did the Templars make a calculated move by declaring war under the reinstated 1v1 system, or was it their biggest mistake?
