The Rangers’ History
Sidie’s Rangers, named for and founded by Sidie9 in 2021, is back for their third generation. The army started off as a meme army. Additionally, it was always tied to the army that Sidie, the namesake, was a part of. In 2021, Sidie initially created the army to wage war against another creation of hers, the People’s Imperial Confederation. While the terms listed in the declaration seemed silly compared to most wars, both sides went along with it. It is unclear how the war ended based on available information. Later that same year, the Secret Service also invaded Sidie’s Rangers, eventually ending in a 2-0-1 victory in the first battle. However, SS shut down soon after, ending the war.

However, before SR’s first generation shut down, there was controversy. As per the administrative note by then-Club Penguin Army Network administrator F6Sixer, PIC declared war on SR slightly prior to the end of the war. Due to various issues during the PIC-SR battle of Sparkle, the judges ruled that PIC won. A linked SS post in the administrative note alleges that the war was a smokescreen for SR to transfer lands to PIC. Due to suspicions that SR and PIC cooperated, CPAN declared that SS officially won the war.
After the Revival
Shallissa officially registered with Club Penguin Armies on October 25, 2026. However, before registering in CPA, SR invaded multiple lands on the Club Penguin Army World Map. These started when they registered there on October 17. After invading eight lands total, they transferred all to the Templars. This became crucial when the Templars declared war on the Aliens right after.

While it seems that SR served its purpose for now, it is curious that they registered in CPA after the transfers.
Club Penguin Armies reached out to Shallissa for an exclusive interview on what the reasons for revival are.
What drove your decision to revive Sidie’s Rangers?
I had a vision. Camperjohn64 appeared before me in one of my usual dreams about the fall of the radical left. As he approached me on his moped he whispered quietly into my ear: “Fear the Hoot”. In a sudden moment I had an epiphany. The Sidie’s Rangers mission was not yet complete. It was time once again to defend hoot and preserve hooting. In that very moment I shot up out of bed. I rushed to my computer. I restored the very movement you are witnessing today.
What are your goals for this generation of Sidie’s Rangers?
I will not rest until each and every member of this community knows to Fear the Hoot. For too long we have witnessed fraudulent Club Penguin Journey rogue submissions. Investigations proved that a DOG was recently verified to be counted towards an army’s top ten score. Camperjohn64 himself (God Rest His Soul) was recently verified as a CP Journey attendee despite being in the grave for more than 5 years. This just can’t continue. As a community ROGUE IDENTIFICATION (RI) through the form of a Club Penguin Passport or flipper print scan is necessary to protect the integrity of our Top Ten. The radical left (Jojo Teri) will try to tell you this will cost BILLIONS in coins but this is a LIE. But even then, no cost is too high in protecting our Great Nation against rogue FRAUD. I will not rest until this is accomplished.
Does SR have plans to wage war on various armies as past generations have?
War was declared on the Great Nation of Outback (Not the Steakhouse) the very moment the Illegal Aliens, led by a self-proclaimed “Sheriff” illegally crossed the border and began rioting and looting (not to be mistaken for hooting) in the streets of Down Under. Who even is this “Sheriff”? Some say he is DEPORTING, arresting, and ridding VETERANS of visas and honors accumulated during their service. I want to emphasize. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH DEPORATION!!! Sidie’s Rangers will always support arrests and deportations . I always say, there is nothing wrong with deporting the right kinds of penguins. The way this Sheriff (if that is even his occupation) is handling affairs within White Out is CONCERNING! When I heard the many reports of peaceful protests by Aliens citizens fed up with their regime’s corruption, I knew this was only occurring because their leaders did not Fear the Hoot. Wars will be declared. There will be wars like you’ve never seen before, victories that can only be described as the greatest of all time. This will continue until we achieve the UNCONDITIONAL SURRDENDER of the Aliens.
Is it truly Sidie’s Rangers if she isn’t leading?
I am saddened to share that Governor General Sidie9 (God Rest Her Soul) was assassinated Monday evening by Alien Loyalists on a college campus in Down Under. In the now (permanent) absence of our Supreme Leader, we will not allow the identity of our Great Nation to be erased. The Sidie’s Rangers will be scheduling a State Funeral where she will be laid to rest alongside her mentor Camperjohn64. We are all Sidie9 and we Hoot the Good Hoot.

The reopening of Sidie’s Rangers is sure to provide an interesting dynamic again into small/medium and major armies. While they aren’t officially a colony of TCP, it appears that way at first glance.
