Army History
PingoBoiii founded the Boxmen of Boxland as a meme army on July 3, 2025. Afterward, the Boxmen declared war on the Rebel Penguin Federation. Unfortunately, the Boxmen failed in a 56 vs 1 battle, and they faced a force treaty the next day. PingoBoiii is known to have been in the army community since 2021, with experience in multiple armies including RPF, the Water Vikings, and the Penguins of Madagascar. However, their first generation was short-lived and lacked prosperity. Two weeks into their opening, the Boxmen announced they would close on July 12, 2025. The army held its last event back then, and they reached 4 penguins online.

A year later, PingoBoiii returned and announced the army’s reopening on April 9, 2026. However, the comeback lasted only two days. As a result, this generation was also deemed unsuccessful.
Current Generation
On September 8, 2026, the Boxmen returned to the army community and immediately declared war on the Cult of Tung. They reached 6 penguins at their opening event and later hosted a few follow-up events; during this time, the Boxmen had 22 leaders at the helm.

Soon after, on September 22, 2026, the Boxmen entered into a state of war against the Help Force. The war, titled the War of Freeing the [Box] Emoji from the Help Force, ended in an HF victory after they defended Zipline on September 24 and later invaded Belly Slide, the Boxmen capital, on September 25. Then the Boxmen faced a force treaty from HF, effectively ending the war.

Closure
Then, on October 9, 2026, PingoBoiii suddenly announced the shutdown of the Boxmen for no apparent reason. This marks the third Boxmen closure, after they fought a major army each time.

Based on PingoBoiii’s responses, it is clear the Boxmen aren’t planning to return to the community anytime soon.
