For a third time, the Scarlet Republic has returned to the army community. In this new chapter, the army has already formed alliances, decided who is stepping up, and planned ahead of time. More importantly, they have promised to wage war very soon.

On Saturday, September 26, the Scarlet Republic returned to the army community following a 6-month closure. At the reopening event, the army reached 22 penguins online on CPA Battleground. This is set to be the Republic’s third generation, led by Ghostt and Riri. A reopening event marked the small/medium army’s return. This was first hinted at on September 17, when Ghostt suggested the army could potentially revive. The next day, the Republic officiated the revival, quoting “there WILL be war this generation.” On September 19, the army published a website post, documenting the revival.

The reopening event met with support from various individuals across the wider army community. In addition, SR has declared that they will be registering solely with the Small/Medium Army League. They may consider registering with Club Penguin Armies when they believe the time is right. Moreover, Ghostt provided the reasons behind the unexpected revival. In his words…
I was just enjoying a normal evening playing Rocket League and WARDOGS with the boys. Suddenly I was pinged in my own server. Carlos was absolutely wildin and started sending reminders to turn in our event results. Which ended up resulting in me starting to relapse.
Then a few days later I decided to message someone I was once in love with. I wanted to let them know I was considering bringing SR back and I wasn’t too sure about it. The relapse was really starting to bother me. He replies with “Yo join DW as Advisor” like brother are we fr. So I joined DW as Advisor. Then they led me into war and convinced me that these yellow armor bois were talking mad smack so I pulled up with them to stand on business.
Then after that the relapse fully kicked in as I entered the old SR Hcom GC and pinged image saying “you were right man. I really can’t leave CPA after all”. Because image never believed in me leaving for good. He hates me after all. But that is ok. As long as the Scarlet Republic is back the community will find balance and true peace.
Then alas… the Scarlet has returned to the armies community once again
On September 21, Ghostt announced the list of returning staff members, which included well-known figures within the army. SR former leader and Legend image is also returning to the army as its Advisor. Ghostt also added that all veterans in SR will be enlisting with the army this generation as well. On September 22, Elite888 was banned from the army’s staff team, following his involvement in the recent scandal surrounding the recently shut Masked Bandits. In addition, former Aliens leader Ams — who recently resigned from her original army — received the chance to be Second-in-Command.

Diplomacy
Following the first revival announcement earlier this September, the Scarlet Republic has formed one alliance with the Fire Vikings. The Vikings were previously allied with the Republic in its first generation. SR has established a mission to “stir up the S/M community together.” In addition, Ghostt is hoping for more interactivity among the alliance circle this generation. Club Penguin Armies reached out to explore why the Vikings were interested in allying again. FV leader Yellow Typer responded…
Scarlet Republic are very cool guys and I’m friends with like all of them. It looks like they have a lot of hype in this upcoming generation and I am all in for it. Fear the Starfire Alliance!
The Republic has revoked all past alliances, making FV its only current alliance. It is speculated that SR will form at least one alliance in the coming weeks.
History
On January 12, 2025, the Scarlet Republic opened under the leadership of Amira, Ghostt, and Image, who had spent time in the Army of Club Penguin. In the month following its opening, the army entered into war against the Rebel Penguin Federation. However, the war terms allowed only staff members to attend, forcing the newfound Republic to lose the war to the RPF’s 41 staff members. As a result, the Treaty of the Red Smoke War was enforced between the two armies. SR proceeded to participate in the Candy Crusher Brawl in the same month.

After a defeat in the Brawl, the Republic began preparations for March Madness X. On March 9, Amira entered the army’s leadership. Later, on March 29, SR allied with the Elite Guardians of Club Penguin, giving birth to the Sunlit Aegis. In an interview, Ghostt added, “EGCP was the first alliance we wanted even before we completely finished creating our army.” In April, the Republic allied with the then-new Penguins of Agartha, and joined the International United Alliance — a 4-army community. Around this time, the Republic also established a stronghold on the army map. SR also allied with the Aliens of Club Penguin in August. As weeks passed, the army hosted fewer events and could not keep up with its activity. On October 17, they promoted Riri to army leader and declared the army’s first hiatus.

On December 9, Ghostt announced SR’s second generation, and the army revived. At this point, Ghostt and Riri were still leading the army. The leaders dubbed this milestone as “the Golden Sunrise.” In early January 2026, the Republic broke its brotherly alliances with the Elite Guardians and the Penguins of Agartha. Ghostt said in an interview that they were “not being able to coordinate our support as much as we felt we should have been as allies.” On January 10, the army celebrated its first anniversary. However, war struck against the Republic nine days later.

On January 19, 2026, the Army of Club Penguin waged war against the Scarlet Republic. The war quickly escalated, as the Aliens joined SR’s side. Subsequently, the Water Vikings took ACP’s side to protect ACP against the Aliens. After five battles, SR and the Aliens surrendered. In their surrender, the armies cited the inappropriate, sexualized nature of the war from WV’s end. After the war ended, the White Troops declared war against the Republic, but this war did not see any real outcome. On February 7, the SR upgraded their alliance with the Aliens, after getting closer through the recent war. On March 21, 2026, the second generation of the Scarlet Republic ended.

Lastly, Club Penguin Armies reached out to SR leaders Ghostt and Riri, as well as Leader-in-Training Nani, for an interview to learn more about the reopening and understand their vision of the army’s future.
Where do you see the Scarlet Republic a month from now?
Ghostt, SR Leader: In a month from now I see SR standing back up on its own 2 feet and taking place in wars
Riri, SR Leader: I think that SR has an incredible amount of potential that usually goes unseen in this community, and a big part of that is our SR troops and family, so a month from now I’m hoping we’ll have began to settle and get the hang of things again as well as make the army a fun and caring community that everyone would feel valued in.
Nani, SR Leader-in-Training: I genuinely want to see us in the top ten and in a good spot. I think we have an awesome team, and I believe we’ll achieve that in no time!
Are you expecting any diplomatic changes surrounding your army in the coming days?
Ghostt, SR Leader: I dont expect much change this generation as I put in lots of time and effort during gen 2 to prepare the army for future generations. If anything expect more website posts and things that we were slacking on in gen 1
Riri, SR Leader: Not much is going to change
Nani, SR Leader-in-Training: We’ve already had some changes, especially staff wise. We also want to implement and improve some ideas we had in the last gens. Definitely expect much more activity from the Scarlet Republic. We’re going all in.
If your army were at war shortly after its reopening, how would you react? Do you see one coming?
Ghostt, SR Leader: I would probably be the one starting the war but we will see. Only one way to see how well we will do anyways so let’s findout
Riri, SR Leader: I don’t see any war coming at all, but if it were to happen, I think we would do our best despite the circumstances or sizes we might have at the time
Nani, SR Leader-in-Training: We’ll fight for what’s ours, no matter what. We would discuss it as a team and make sure we’re prepared before taking action. War is always right around the corner. You never know!
Can the community expect your army to be participating in a tournament in the near future?
Ghostt, SR Leader: I have never been the one to decline a tournament as long as it isnt a terrible time for the team overall

Nani, SR Leader-in-Training: Of course! As I said, we’re going all in. The Scarlet Republic will 100% be participating in tournaments.
How exactly is the third generation different from the first?
Ghostt, SR Leader: Our 3rd generation will be very similar to the first gen performance-wise but we have changed a lot of the ways we handle stuff since gen 1 and have yet to see how they work out for us

Nani, SR Leader-in-Training: I’d say, personally, we’ve learned a LOT from our first generation in the Scarlet Republic. In this generation, we are much more organized, focused, and HYPED for everything that’s to come.
