In February 2026, we witnessed a significant amount of activity within the community. Let’s unfold together what happened during this month.

THE FIRST STRETCH OF THE MONTH
February started with the end of Operation: WinterStorm during the last weekend of January. We saw an impressive victory of the Green Team, owning 18 lands on the map. Red Team came up second, with 14 lands. The Blue Team ended up 3rd, owning 11 lands. Lastly, the Black Team ended up owning no land at the end of the tournament.
The end of this tournament brought the announcement of the new server map. A project directed by current admin Df44, who coded the map, made the UI, and developed GaryBot. This also happened with the help of Dino for the map design and Lort533.

An alliance was established between the Teutons and Void Troops, fostering closer ties between the two armies. This alliance was facilitated by their shared values and the strong friendship among their leadership. Additionally, it was made possible by one of the Teutons’ leaders being a founder of Void Troops. However, a few weeks later, Void Troops shut down. The announcement of the conclusion of their first generation was made by Justin. Their final event was a battle against the Romans on February 7th.

Link3000’s induction as Rebel Legend was a very important milestone for the Rebel Penguin Federation, having led since 2024 alongside Gabgeirl. As a reminder, Link3000 also got rewarded with the Person of the Year award in 2025, solidifying his impact and growth inside and outside of RPF.

At the very end of January, the Romans witnessed Ulysses Nardo returning to leadership, a moment which marked a new era for the army’s future.

At the very end of January, the community also witnessed the Templars server being defaced by their former leader, Dawnables, leading to a full reconstruction of the army on a new server. The server managed to regain over 500 members within less than 24 hours, demonstrating how involved the army and their allies were in coming back even stronger.

To finish this first part of the month, YellowTyper announced that the Fire Vikings were coming back into the community, and reached the max of 7 during their reopening event.

MIDWAY THROUGH THE MONTH
The middle part of February was filled with a few alliance announcements and updates. We witnessed Fire Vikings forming an alliance with the Phoenix of Club Penguin on February 12th, a blazing moment for these armies.
The community also witnessed the brother alliance of Aliens and Scarlet Republic. Both armies affirmed even more the links between them after the war which occurred during the previous month.

The shutdown of Penguin of Agartha followed a moment of hiatus, with Berlim announcing it officially on February 9th. Before that, a poll was made asking if a revival should be happening. This poll ended with an impressive majority of people saying Penguin of Agartha should not shut down permanently. This poll led to Berlim hoping for a revival happening one day, but not any time soon.

The conflict between Crimson Sovereign and Tsunamis of Club Penguin started, with Fruit Salad declaring war on the Tsunamis. A day after, we saw Janitors of Club Penguin joining this war, declaring war on the Tsunamis as well. The war became stagnant, with CS shifting attention to supporting the conflict between Scarlet Republic and Army of Club Penguin. On February 13th, Fruit Salad declared war again on the Tsunamis, without any battle taking place at that moment.

On February 14th, Valentine’s Day was a celebration day for Water Vikings, celebrating Stevos‘ promotion to Viking Commander. Later on, Cryo Vanguards joined the army community scene with numerous other armies opening at the start of the year. Led by Dorx and Kento, who both came to an agreement to open an army together, both having experience in different armies.

THE CONCLUDING DAYS
To follow up on the war between Tsunamis and Crimson Sovereign, the treaty established before ended, and Tsunamis declared an off-map war on Crimson Sovereign, which ended up in a victory for Tsunamis by CS no-showing the battle. Fruit Salad opened staff applications very shortly after, but ended up shutting down the army, stating being worn out from leadership.

Club Penguin Armies presented March Madness XI on February 22nd. This tournament being the third most traditional hosted in the army community, the community switched to talk more about this. CPA announced rewarding a Small/Medium Division Trophy, following the path taken during Christmas Chaos.

The Army of Club Penguin declared an expedition against Special Weapons and Tactics, to reclaim their historical capital, Mammoth. Both armies had a long-time rivalry over claiming Mammoth as their capital. ACP invaded Abominable, Kozciuszko, and White House until being able to declare an invasion on Mammoth. SWAT, being mostly inactive, recently they could only gather a few people to fight against ACP’s max of 49. The battle resulted in an ACP victory, with the army not even showing for the third room, giving this room to SWAT.
A day after the battle, WilliamW2010 announced SWAT going under hiatus, but a shutdown seemed imminent. On February 21st, SWAT and Cryo Vanguard announced an alliance, planning to strengthen their bond. This did not end up the way both armies were expecting this alliance to go.

Another war occurred during the month of February: Romans declared war on Cryo Vanguard. They claimed that the army made persistent provocations, including troop-stealing and recklessly begging to battle them. The statement from Roman’s leadership emphasized that they do not tolerate troop-stealing. They also added that they will raid all Cryo Vanguard’s events until the end of the war. The war ended with Cryo Vanguard surrendering.
Announcement of Invasions
A few days after the war, Cryo Vanguard and Fire Vikings announced an alliance, with Fire Vikings announcing a brand new golden age. They are gathering armies to merge with, like the Tsunamis and the Phoenix. But they also show it with this alliance, having as a project to become the most dominant Small/Medium army.

The last army news that occurred during February was the shutdown of Kanye West Army. It was announced on February 24th by its creator, Raven.
This month ended with the celebration of Club Penguin Armies Judges‘ Fourth Anniversary. Spotty sent a message on the server, thanking Shpec, Yvng, Jojo Teri, and T_T, but also all of the judges helping through all battles and tournaments. Spotty also thanked all of the partners and announced an upcoming CPAJ Wrapped.
