He has demonstrated brilliant marksmanship through his stylistic yet effective leadership as the primary leader of the Rebels. Today, we examine how Link3000 transformed into a legend and the impact he has had on the army.

EARLY OPERATIONS AND SUCCESSES
The crusade of Link3000 began in the Rebel Penguin Federation in June 2020, amid a spike in server activity caused by the COVID-19 lockdown. From the start, he demonstrated tremendous dedication, immersing himself in army events and the community with great passion. His efforts earned him the Troop of the Week award, a recognition many troops receive early on. Rising through the ranks, he progressed from High Command to 2nd-in-Command and ultimately became leader, executing a bold Napoleonic move with unstoppable force
Under his custodianship, Link3000 would display himself as one of the most accomplished leaders in the RPF gaining remarkable success in both championships and conflicts. In 2022, he co-led RPF to success in the AUSIA Arena: Winter Edition and went on to direct multiple Olympic teams to glory, constantly turning high-stakes competitions into demonstrations of strategic precision and team cooperation. He secured a long-elusives triumph, and then led RPF to wins in Christmas Chaos XII, as well as March Madness VIII, establishing a record of competitive domination. On the battlefield, Link orchestrated the defense of Alaska and the invasion of Alexandria throughout the Summer Sovereign War, balancing offensive and defensive operations, while his handling of affairs in World War IX demonstrated his ability to maintain organization, morale, and effectiveness during intense, prolonged conflict.
24-25 DOMINANCE
2024
The ascendancy of Link3000’s supremacy began in 2024, as he co-led RPF alongside Gabegirl, marking the dawn of a new dominant era for the Rebels. RPF reached the finals of March Madness IX, falling short of a decisive victory, but this did not slow their momentum. Link ensured RPF retained Major Status for an extended period, illustrating his strategic foresight and versatile leadership. The Rebels launched hostilities against the Secret Service on September 14, 2024, citing the latter’s intentions to establish alliances with other militaries for a prospective coalition war, as well as both organizations extensive histories in earlier confrontations.
Throughout the Autumn Tundra Clash, RPF maintained constant superiority, while the Secret Service experienced declining participation and subsequently withdrew owing to Project Conquest. Ultimately, the Secret Service capitulated on October 24, 2024, formally ending the confrontation. In the aftermath, RPF enacted a force treaty relinquishing the remaining SS servers and prohibiting their operational and hostile actions until December 7, 2024. This decisive success consolidated its authoritative rule, decisively completing the conflict with absolute power in the community.
On December 21, the Rebel Penguin Federation swept the Doritos of Club Penguin 3-0 in the Grand Finals of Christmas Chaos XIV to take the title. RPF’s advantage was clear in size, reaching 74 in combat rooms compared to Doritos’ 47, with pre-room numbers of 82–78. Community members expressed amazement at the size of RPF’s triumph while appreciating Doritos’ good performance in their first tournament following rebirth. Christmas Chaos XIV finished as a remarkable event, distinguished by surprising outcomes and considerable participation across all armies. In the 2024 Winter Awards, Link won the Best Major Army Leader and a runner up for the Most Achieved.

2025
2025 began on a triumphant note for Link, as he was officially crowned the 2024 Major Army Legend, a recognition of his relentless dedication and unwavering contributions to the Rebel Penguin Federation. This honor placed him among the elite ranks of just 14 Rebels in history to achieve Legend status. Nonetheless, he swiftly maneuvered to steer the army’s development and strategy. He also earned the distinction of being the runner-up for the prestigious Person of the Year award, famously dubbed ” The Enduring Rebel “.

Throughout 2025’s tournaments, RPF executed strategies with masterful craft, executing meticulous strategies throughout the year. In March Madness X, RPF went head-to-head with Help Force in the Grand Finals, dominating with greater size, coverage, and clever formations, finally claiming the trophy with a stellar performance. Later, in Legends Cup XV, RPF faced the Aliens in the Grand Finals, utilizing their workmanship to dominate the flow of the fight and score a 2-0-1 victory, recovering the famous Legends Cup for the first time since 2021.

Diplomacy and Authority
In the year’s biggest scandal, the Beanie Babies incident and the resulting war with The White Order, he saw things clearly and tackled them through effective diplomacy, decisively stopping TWO while managing the conflict with precision and authority, turning a potentially damaging situation into a show of his unmatched leadership and judgment. In terms of civil affiliations, he holds a prominent role as the Top Ten Committee Head, working closely alongside another cornerstone member, Dino, to guide and oversee the committee’s key decisions and initiatives. Keeping all of this in mind, his achievements and influence led to him being officially declared the Person of the Year for 2025, solidifying his status as a figure of lasting impact and growth. Due to his renowned stewardship, he was honorably awarded the title of RPF Legend on the 5th of January 2026.

Club Penguin Armies reached out to Link3000 for an exclusive interview to engage in his remarkable brilliancy and accomplishments.
How does it feel to have your name fortified among other Rebel legends? Thinking back to 2020, when you were just starting as a simple troop, did you ever foreshadow the heights you would achieve?
It’s an incredible honour to say the least. That is not something that crossed my mind when I was a troop at all, I wasn’t sure if I was going to pursue staff in general let alone be in the Hall of Fame in any capacity.
Do you see your legacy as remarkable, and how will you ensure RPF’s dominance is thundered across the community under your custodianship?
I don’t like to judge my own accomplishments to be honest, I have also been told I tend to undermine myself. I’m just going to try and keep doing what my main goal has always been, and that is to grow RPF to be welcoming and supportive community for people. Everything else (wars, tournaments) comes second.
Being leader again, winning four consecutive tournaments, and now being named Person of the Year;how does it feel to surpass milestones that only Crazzy had reached?
The 4 consecutive tournaments have been incredible, also because we worked really hard for them, both off and on the battlefield. Having reached these milestones is – once again – an honour and I feel very lucky to be amongst great names. I’m not good at talking about my success lol nor do I tend to do so.
When you look at RPF today, how do you ensure your legacy echoes louder than any victory?
Leaving a legacy is not something I prioritise or tend to focus on. If RPF continues to succeed and grow and thrive without a memory of me, I’m good with that.
They say when you’re good at something, you tell everyone: but when you’re great, people tell you. What’s it like hearing that from the RPF community?
I’ll always be grateful for the RPF community, both the staff and troops/vets. The support I receive from them in the good and the bad is never something I take for granted, and neither me or my fellow HCOM would be where we are without them, and it’s the reason we keep going.
Through his leadership and amazing showmanship, he has established an atmosphere where each Rebel feels respected, empowered, and inspired, turning him into an absolute megastar whose presence has catapulted the Rebels to unparalleled heights. He was able to operate and decide in every function, a position-less dominant player directing the army’s dynamics with precision and expertise, ensuring that each choice reinforced its growth and collective efficiency. Beyond his tactical and administrative skills, Link3000 has emerged as a revolutionary figure whose leadership, vision, and artistry have permanently changed the Rebels, leaving a lasting legacy of unity, excellence, and inspiration that will last for years to come.
