Over the past week, the Teutons and Void Troops have announced their alliance to one another. In this post, we’ll dig into the history of both armies and learn the reason for the alliance, as well as both armies’ future plans for their new affiliation.

BACKGROUND

TEUTONS

The Teutons of Club Penguin are a much older army, being founded by Brigade3 and Earthing in early August, 2014. Less than a week of their opening event, the army was defaced by EpicoLizard, with the army attempting a comeback with a max 7 at their next event. The Teutons would later participate in their first war against the Toast Army of Club Penguin, with the Teutons winning the war due to the Toasts not showing up for most battles.

The Teutons would later return to the army community on January 18, with a fresh start led by Justin, Alucard, Scars, and Villa.

VOID TROOPS

The Void Troops were founded in April 2025 by Logical and Justin, former alias Kyle104. Over the past year, the army has faced challenges in its history, with a breach of war terms, and disqualification from the Around the World Cup II tournament.

In the last few months, the army had succumbed to the Small/Medium army category, undergone multiple leadership changes, and declared war against former allies, the Templars, with a more recent declaration from the Templars themselves, leaving the army with a harsh history of challenges.

This past week, an alliance between the Teutons and the Void Troops was publicly announced to their respective armies. They named the alliance the “Knights of the Void Alliance”. With the Teutons being led by Void Troops founder Justin, this alliance was more than expected to occur.

Club Penguin Armies sat down with both Justin, of Teutons, and Kira, of Void Troops, to learn more about the newest alliance between both armies.

What was the reason for the alliance with the Void Troops/Teutons?

Justin: The alliance with the Void Troops was formed out of mutual respect, shared values, and aligned goals. Both armies understand the importance of structure, loyalty, and competitive integrity. Rather than rushing into surface level partnerships, this alliance was built on trust, communication, and the belief that working together strengthens both sides moving forward. Plus with a few VT within our council and me being the creator of VT it just makes sense.

Kira: most of the people in both armies are already close (especially leadership) and it made sense considering one of the leaders is a vt founder

Do you believe this new alliance will bring more to your army?

Justin: Absolutely. This alliance provides stability, experience, and strategic depth. Beyond battles, it offers collaboration, shared insight, and support during Teutons revival phase. Strong alliances are not just about numbers they’re about consistency, accountability, and pushing each other to improve

Kira: my hope is that it strengthens future relations with out already existing allies

Are there any future plans you have already with your newest ally in regards to events?

Justin: Yes. We plan to coordinate joint practices, support one another during events and battles, and potentially host collaborative community events. The goal is to grow together while maintaining each army’s independence and identity.

Kira: we both r just chilling rn but hopefully in the future we can have tons of ally events

Do you have anything else to state for your interview to the community or your army?

Justin: Teutons is here with purpose. The revival is not about nostalgia alone but it’s also about building something lasting, competitive, and welcoming. With strong leadership, committed members, and trusted allies, we’re focused on steady growth and meaningful progress. This is just the beginning. Our enemies better watch out!
