The Pontian Warriors have officially arrived in the community, with their opening event taking place this week. Let us go through this army and find out more about who they are and what they plan to do with their new arrival.

BACKGROUND
Nameless and Xusi are both fairly new names to the army community. Nameless and Xusi are both affiliated with the Shadow Legionnaires, having a history within the army as staff.
With the help of Shadow Legionnaire leaders, the pair would open up the Pontian Warriors, as well as making their new army a colony of the Legionnaires.
OPENING
On July 18, an announcement would be made to the Pontian Warriors server about the army’s upcoming opening event, which was planned to take place on July 19. However, the date would have to be changed due to real-life issues within the leadership, pushing the opening event to be rescheduled twice, with their newest opening event taking place on July 22.

Club Penguin Armies obtained an exclusive interview with army leader Xusi on their future plans for the Pontian Warriors.
Congratulations on the new army. Can you share your experiences and reasoning for why you chose to make a new army?
Tbh we really wanted to try something new, and we thought why not?
Do you believe the Pontian Warriors will continue to be a colony, or do you plan on expanding your army to be independent in the future?
I can’t speak on that, i mean we did start pw as a test for ourselves.

Me and Nameless (co-onwer of PW) were scared at first, but it turns out its pretty easy, and basically anyone can do it, so if anyone wants to create an army but is scared, dont be 😝
At the moment, the Pontian Warriors are not fully sure yet what direction they will go. Do you think the Warriors will head towards independence? Or will they stay a colony alongside the Shadow Legionnaires and further assist the army? Will the Pontian Warriors be able to achieve their future plans?
