As of May 5, 2026, the Businessmen of Club Penguin officially allied with the Wii Phones, Abyssal Tides, and Romans. The alliances are a big step for all armies involved, especially as the Businessmen declared war on another new army.

Mythrix and Fruit Salad opened the Businessmen of Club Penguin on April 30, 2026, with clear intentions to grow quickly and dominate the army scene. On their path there, they decided to form alliances with multiple existing armies early into the creation. This includes the Romans, the Abyssal Tides of Club Penguin, and the Wii Phones. These armies have been in the army community for a couple of months or more, with extensive experience. It is apparent that the Businessmen wish to make friends quickly, have fun, and be active in the army community. Since the announcement of all three allies, they have moved forward with a war declaration against a brand-new army, the SnowWalkers of Club Penguin. From their point of view, it seems they want their allies to help them in the war, as there is no 1v1 term present.

About the Allies
Lort founded the Wii Phones in September 2025, with the intention of staying a small-medium army, and it stayed there. The Wii Phones host occasional events, with the intention of being serious, despite the army being based on a meme. However, they remained peaceful, choosing not to engage in any wars.
The second army that the Businessmen allied with is the Abyssal Tides, founded by Denizmyn. ATCP became a regular in the small-medium army scene since the beginning of 2026. They participated in multiple wars, including two against the Crimson Sovereign. Denizmyn initially founded the army as the Tsunamis, but changed after multiple setbacks, including defacements and leadership changes. The army, due to inactivity in February, decided to merge with the Fire Vikings, but has since returned. They briefly shut down on April 3 before announcing a return on April 5, with Denizmyn stating he would remain inactive. They did not host any events over the past couple of weeks, but this alliance shows they are still willing to remain active.
The Romans, founded by Explorer777 in 2007, are an old army with multiple past successful generations. In 2025, they returned to the army community, hosting leaders such as Ulysses Nardo, Znation, and Csani. Additionally, they attempted to revitalize their community by merging with the Goobers of Club Penguin. Despite a slight downturn with the loss of Csani and Znation as leaders and lower maxes, they are attempting to push on with the experienced Nardo at the helm. They hope to improve their community and the connections with other armies through this alliance.
Club Penguin Armies asked Mythrix of the Businessmen, Lort of the Wii Phones, Denizmyn of ATCP, and Nardo of the Romans for an interview regarding the alliances. Nardo did not immediately reply to the interview.
What made you decide to ally with the Romans, Abyssal Tides, and Wii Phones?
Mythrix: so i kinda just like the romans so i allied with them. wii phone is epik and my first ally. allied them bc the leader is epik

The Businessmen of CP mentioned “war” as one of their reasons for forming an alliance in their interview. What is your reaction to this, and would you either support the BoCP or have the BoCP support you in future wars?
Lort: not quite sure at the moment, wii phone wanna bring peace
Denizmyn: We will try to support BOCP as I want to re-feel the CS vs Tsunamis war and help our allies out!
The Businessmen are clear on their goal of hostile takovers of the army community, and seem determined to reach full monopolization. To get there, it is also apparent that they wish to have allies, both old and new, in their path to an era where their army is dominant.
