The Major Division battle of October Horrors II has taken place. Three armies, five rooms, and one trophy were on the line in a 3-way battle that left little doubt about who the strongest army of the night was. Let’s review the results.

The Major Division battle of October Horrors II was held on Saturday, October 24th. Unlike last year’s edition, there was no bracket for the major armies. Instead, the Army of Club Penguin, the Water Vikings, and the Help Force faced each other in a single 3-way, 5-room battle, with each room lasting 7 minutes. Let’s see how the battle unfolded through the Judges‘ summary.
ARMY OF CLUB PENGUIN VS WATER VIKINGS VS HELP FORCE
Room 1 – Iceberg
1. Army of Club Penguin
2. Help Force
3. Water Vikings
ACP entered room 1 first, with WV following close behind and HF third. ACP, due to the magnanimous size, quickly covered the entire room in their entry bomb, and then formed a circle with a vertical. WV went into an A form, while HF went into a V. WV was covered heavily by ACP’s form, and so was HF; however, HF managed to show through with their emotes. The A was heavily covered by the circle towards the top, while the HF V showed through the empty sections of the room. ACP did a BWB while HF moved first, then ACP followed suit with a clockwise whirlpool. WV raked third at :03. ACP got into an arrow, with HF getting into a slash. Afterward, WV went into an X with the / overlapping with HF. While ACP won the room due to the sheer size advantage and coverage, HF managed to get second place, with their visibility better than WV.

ACP vs WV vs HF – Iceberg
Room 2 – Inside Mine
1. Army of Club Penguin
2. Water Vikings
3. Help Force
HF was first, followed by ACP, then WV. There was an unidentified roomsniper as well, but it did not affect any results. HF went into a T, with ACP as an underlined V and a vertical, while WV got into a plus/anchor, which was a bit difficult to see. However, HF was covered more by ACP than WV in this room, with the WV emote flickers and tactics showing through ACP coverage. HF had a poor T as well, which made WV stand out a bit more in terms of a second-place spot. HF waterfalled first, followed by a WV rake with no immediate ACP movement. ACP moved a few seconds later, when HF got into an upside-down T and WV into a V. ACP chose to make a plus with an underline, which allowed WV to get free visibility due to the V extending into somewhat empty space. ACP won this room again, but WV managed to pull it back for a second-place spot this room.

ACP vs WV vs HF – Inside Mine
Room 3 – Snow Forts
1. Army of Club Penguin
2. Water Vikings & Help Force – TIE
WV got into the room first, with ACP second. WV got into an upside-down T while ACP got into what appeared to be a triangle, though the form was not clear. HF got into a V a little bit after, but none of the forms were really that clean. WV’s upside-down T was the most visible form initially. ACP had chatbar control, however, which WV could not overcome while HF was completely covered. At this point, it became clearer that ACP was in a trident form instead. WV waterfalled, then got into an upside-down V, which ACP followed with their own waterfall. ACP then moved into an actual, with a HF rake. HF’s form after the rake was unclear until they cleaned it up as a plus with a gap at the bottom. ACP won the room yet again on size and coverage, but the second-place spot was a tie due to the mixed form cleanliness and visibility throughout the room.

ACP vs WV vs HF – Forts
Room 4 – Stadium
1. Army of Club Penguin
2. Water Vikings
3. Help Force
This room had a WV roomsnipe, with the rest of WV following suit after the ping, and then ACP with a larger size, followed by HF. ACP went into a U or V with a circle while WV looked like an upside-down V and HF was scattered. ACP’s coverage continued to dominate this room, with WV showing through a lot more. WV raked, with ACP following suit and HF also moving. ACP made a form consisting of a creative four vertical lines, while WV and HF were difficult to identify. HF appeared to possibly be an upside-down T or an anchor while WV seemed to be an X. ACP whirlpooled, and WV waterfalled at the end of the room. ACP won this room due to their creative form alongside their size and coverage. WV came in second due to a better form at the beginning of this room alongside decent activity in terms of movements/visibility compared to HF.

ACP vs WV vs HF – Stadium
Room 5 – Cove
Room 3 – Snow Forts
1. Army of Club Penguin
2. Water Vikings & Help Force – TIE
ACP entered this room first once again, despite a WV room sniper. ACP made a triangle, with WV into an upside-down T and HF making what appeared to be a backwards L. It was difficult to see any tactics from WV or HF throughout this room, due to ACP’s coverage. WV moved into what appeared to be a Y, with HF remaining in BL. ACP raked after, forming a boat. WV emote flickers showed through towards the end of this room, but both WV and HF were covered too much to not call the second place a tie between the two. ACP won the room otherwise, with dominating coverage

ACP vs WV vs HF – Cove
ACP swept all five rooms, with their size and coverage deciding almost every one. The fight for second was much tighter. WV took second in Rooms 2 and 4, HF in Room 1, and Rooms 3 and 5 were ties between the two. With this win, the Army of Club Penguin claims the Major Division trophy of October Horrors II, while WV managed to place second, leaving HF behind. The sizes contributed greatly to that result, with ACP maxing around 85, WV around 30, and HF around 20.
Club Penguin Armies reached out to different community members to learn their thoughts on the battle.
What is your reaction to the results of the October Horrors II Major Division?
Ninja Leader: It was not surprising to see the Army of Club Penguin win all five rooms. If the Rebel Penguin Federation had participated, the results might have been different. However, the Army of Club Penguin has a strong position in tournaments, as evidenced by past tournaments. Moreover, Help Force and Water Vikings are also great armies that gave their best effort.
Ams: as i was expecting during the predictions for this battle, ACP win, keeping their track for the year 2026, historical for ACP, congratulations on this sweep for five rooms tho, actually impressive ! i have no idea of the sizes but i am sure WV and HF gave their absolute best to try to get a room ! Congratulations on all three armies on participating in this tournament, OH always ends up being super cool to follow, would have loved to see more majors in it tho
PixelPirateX: There were so many people on screen I could barely see my penguin! Despite all that, it was a fun battle and I congratulate ACP for winning :DD
Turtle: honestly i’m very surprised by this result as i haven’t really been paying attention as to what armies have been doing recently, and i had no clue what i was going to expect going into this and i am honestly very shocked at the outcome of the ACP sweep
Thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts, and to the Army Judging Board for their work on this battle. The tournament isn’t over yet. The S/M Division battles take place tomorrow, October 25th, and we’ll be back with the results. Congratulations to all three armies, and happy haunting! Did you expect ACP to take all five rooms? Who deserved second place more, WV or HF? Let us know in the comments!
