On August 29, Templars inducted its newest leader, Ellie. In this post, we will talk about Ellie’s army journey and interview her to see what the future holds for her and the army.

THE BEGINNING of Ellie’s journey
Ellie’s journey starts in Rebel Penguin Federation, where she joined shortly before the March Madness Semi-Finals. She instantly loved the community and worked her way through to Staff-in-Training somewhere in the summer. After her promotion to SiT, she left after the White Order incident. Later on, she moved to People’s Imperial Confederation as a staff member before getting promoted to Fourth-in-Command. She helped PIC by giving them a proper troop base and maxing high constantly in events. But unfortunately, due to controversy, PIC shut down, and Club Penguin Armies banned her from the server.
The White Order’s opening event
After the incident, she took a break from armies. She came back in April of 2026 where she got an invitation from Templars. TCP offered her to join as a Fifth-in-Command but with her work, she achieved Second-in-Command. All the things she did as PIC, she did in TCP too, which helped with the troop strength. With TCP, she won third place in the MMXI and also reached the Around the World Cup III finals. She achieved the Medal of the Siderian Guard, the Templar Order of the Imperial Purple Eagle, and she is a member of the newly established imperial court. Lastly, she was crowned the noble title of Princess of Rome.

Club Penguin Armies reached out to Ellie to discuss her army history and her promotion.
How do you feel about your promotion?
It’s been a long time coming, I’m very glad to be leading beside people that I’ve considered family for quite a long time
Looking back, what is one of your best moments?
I can’t say I’ve had any GOOD moments morally LOL but I would say that while TWO eventually turned into a disaster, I am proud of the fact that the community was able to come together for a unified cause that all started from a document I wrote. I have many regrets about the whole situation, but seeing people fight for a cause that I kickstarted despite my youth in the community was nothing short of amazing to me, and it invested me into armies ways I can’t even describe.
How do you plan to improve the Templars?
Most of my ideas I’ve been able to implement as HCOM. I’ve pushed for extreme changes to recruiting and event structure, things that were discussed before I joined but that I strong armed into happening. Now it’s just about letting the rubber hit the road and continuing to put the work in behind the scenes to keep our growth steady.
Additionally, would you like to say something to the TCP troops and the rest of the community?
To my fellow Templarians, you guys make everything I do worth it. Without you all, none of what I do would matter to me. To the community, I know this fully opens me up to being clowned and ridiculed, but I want to reiterate that the person I was last year is not the same as the one you see now. I’ve proven that to those closer to me, and I will continue to prove that. I’ve acted extremely shamefully and done things I’m not proud of, and while I know those actions will never be forgotten, I at the very least wish to overcome them.
