On August 9, the Dark Warriors leader, Midnight, announced Julia’s promotion to Leader. In this post, we will find out more details about it, as well as Julia’s army history and DW’s recent moves.

Julia joined the Dark Warriors leadership on August 9, alongside Midnight and Salah. She has been active in the current generation of the army for about a year, since she rejoined it. She is not foreign to the army’s leadership, having led the army once again 2156 days before her promotion.
Julia’s army History
The Beginning
Julia’s army history is extensive. She has been on and off in the community since 2012 when she first joined armies. She went through many armies at that time, mainly the Rebel Penguin Federation, her first army, and the Doritos of Club Penguin. A few years later, in 2015, she led an army for the first time. That army was the Snow Ninjas, where she remained as a leader for two years. After Club Penguin shut down, she took a break from the armies, returning to the Dark Warriors in March 2020.
First Leadership Tenure
In the Dark Warriors, she started from the base rank of Private and paved her way, ending up becoming a leader by late June 2020. She led the army through battles and tournaments and led the army’s division battles. More importantly, she was one of the people who helped create the Black Ice Alliance. She even led in a BIA war against the Doritos. BIA was an alliance that lasted till early 2023, but is still talked about even today. It included the Dark Warriors, the Rebel Penguin Federation, and the Ice Warriors. Julia’s leadership tenure in the army was not long-lasting, with her stepping down in September 2020 due to real-life commitments. To honor her retirement, a special event was hosted in DW, ending up maxing 67 troops.

The In between
Post-retirement, she had some extra adventures. Specifically, she became a Club Penguin Army Hub advisor for some time and also served as a troop in the Ice Warriors for a bit.
The Return and the Recent Dark Warriors History
On August 26, 2025, Julia returned to the Dark Warriors as a Second-in-Command. At the same time, the Summer Blitz tournament was ongoing. It was a map tournament involving only the Small and Medium armies. The Dark Warriors, an SM at the time, managed to overcome the others and secure first place, winning the trophy. Just a few days later, the Void Troops declared war on DW. This marked the first few days of Julia’s return with much tension. Just a bit over two months later, the Dark Warriors found themselves in another war, this time alongside the VT. This war was the Second Rechoning, and the two armies faced the Templars and the People’s Imperial Confederation. The Romans also ended up joining the VT’s side, and the three armies managed to win after 18 battles, with a score of 13-0-5.
In January, however, the Dark Warriors announced an alliance with the Templars. This was followed by the Dark Galactic Alliance, one between the DW and the Aliens. Additionally, the Dark Warriors became a Major army on March 1. A few weeks later, Julia was promoted to Leader in Training. Most recently, the Dark Warriors finished second in their group in the Around the World Cup III tournament and seventh-eighth in the Legends Cup XVI.
Finally, on August 9, Julia got promoted to Leader, with the people of her army congratulating her. After her promotion, she delivered a speech, seen as dedicated and determined to make the Dark Warriors into a greater army.

What are your plans and aims for the Dark Warriors?
Take it to new heights. I want number one again, and I know I’m gonna have to haul ass and get my hands dirty to get us there. Can I swear? Is that a thing?
What made you choose to return to the Dark Warriors last August?
I didn’t want to come back. I hated what the 2020 Generation of Dark Warriors did to me and people I cared about. I was told this generation felt different, and it was true.
Given you have led DW in the past, what do you think will be different this time?
I have more of a drive for it now. I’ve got some anger and passion in my tank and I’m trying to turn that into energy. My last leadership, I was complacent. I was a kid who had no clue what I was doing. I think I have a better idea of it now.
Is there anything you regret you did not do in your previous tenure that you want to accomplish now?
Tons. The list is too long for me to fit it into this interview.
Given that DW is currently not on the map and has not entered a war in a while, do you have any plans to change that, or will you choose to remain on a similar path?
