In just over half an hour, the Legends Cup XVI Semi-Finals will commence, with two days of battling scheduled. We asked around the community for a handful of predictions as to the results of these battles.

The quarter-finals wrapped up just a week ago. Now, four armies continue to steam ahead in the race for the Legends Cup XVI trophy. At 4 pm EST today, the Army of Club Penguin will face off against their brother allies and past LCXIV winner, the Help Force. On the other side of the board, the Water Vikings will take on their brother allies and defending champions, the Rebel Penguin Federation, to the battlefield at 4 PM EST on Sunday.

Club Penguin Armies reached out to several community members to get their perspective on the battles this weekend.
Rebel Penguin Federation vs. Water Vikings
The Rebel Penguin Federation are the current defending champions of the Legends Cup trophy. They have consistently held the second-place position in recent editions of the weekly Top Ten. On the other hand, the Water Vikings have never won the Legends Cup, and they typically place third or fourth in the Top Ten. In their opening quarter-final battles, the Rebels brought 79 troops, while the Vikings mustered 55.
This match-up is not new to this pair of brother allies. In both the 2024 and 2025 Legends Cup, they faced off in the semi-finals, and the Rebels took the win both times.

Eden, Community Member: I think WV will lose against RPF cause math
Fun X Time, Star Force Leader: A battle between the Rebel Penguin Federation and the Water Vikings is a tough one to predict. Both armies have put up great battles in the past. If anything, I believe RPF could take the win since they have the potential to bring in large numbers, usually almost 100. At the Star Force v. WV battle a few days ago, WV brought 50 troops; that may also increase for the Semi-Finals. I can’t believe that we are seeing RPF v. WV in a Semi-Finals round!
Justin, Community Member: i think WV will cause a upset against RPF
Mashu, Dark Warriors Advisor: WV should probably have a comfortable place. RPF is likely to process if conditions are right. Both are pretty good, in actuality.
VESTA, CPA Moderator: I don’t know who would pick WV over RPF lol
Kyle, Army Veteran: RPF are probably the second strongest army behind ACP and pull every veteran known to man for their tournaments so they’ll probably max 100 and just be a bit too big for WV to manage so they’ll win
Army of Club Penguin vs. help force
The Army of Club Penguin currently ranks first in the Top Ten Armies. They last held the Legends Cup trophy in 2023, and won their most recent tournament this year at March Madness XI. Whereas, their brother ally HF last held the Legends Cup trophy in 2024. HF currently ranks below the other three semi-final competitors on the Top Ten. During the quarter-finals, ACP maxed 71 troops, while the Help Force brought 35.
Similar to the WV-RPF pair, the Clovers and the Helpers are not strangers to Legends Cup battles. Historically, they faced off in LCXV, and the Helpers took the win that day.

Eden: I also think HF will lose against ACP because math.
Fun X Time: I believe that the Army of Club Penguin would grab the win against the Help Force, because ACP has excellent training for its members and also brings in large numbers. On the other hand, HF has slightly fallen off in numbers lately, and they may have a disadvantage in that regard. It is also worth noting that ACP has a large veteran base.
Justin, Community Member: I think ACP will beat H
Mashu: Regarding between HF and ACP with their circumstances. I can proudly say ACP will most likely proceed. This is because they’re in a stage of dominance since regression from lastyear.
VESTA: For HF-ACP I predict ACP, because of their momentum from march madness (which I’m unsure will carry into legends cup but, the potential/hype is there)
Kyle: ACP are currently the best army in the community and will probably pull a fairly big size. Although HF do do well in tournaments I can’t really see them overcoming ACP which means ACP will win
Ahead of the Legends Cup XVI semi-finals, the community shared mixed predictions for RPF vs. WV. Most favored RPF, pointing to their size and track record. However, one prediction called for a WV upset, and another described the match as genuinely close. Meanwhile, predictions for ACP vs. HF were far more unified. The community consistently favored ACP, citing their training, numbers, veteran base, and momentum from their recent March Madness XI win.
