Recently, the Romans faced the SnowWalkers of Club Penguin in the Legends Cup XVI Qualifier Round. In the most prestigious tournament, the Romans won the battle 3-0, but the judges mentioned that they were impressed by the Snowwalkers of CP’s resilience.
This was a pretty interesting battle for everyone involved. Thanks to the Romans not doing an event in a while and Snowwalkers undoing their merge with Fire Vikings pretty recently, this matchup was expected to be very interesting.
The battle began with SWCP struggling to reach the required minimum, 5, but eventually accomplishing it. The Romans had a similar size, but they were more consistent and faster. The Snowwalkers did do pretty well in the first half of the second room, but in the second one, due to speed and AFKs, they lost. They were struggling with tactics, as a Snowwalker Advisor had to make them on the spot. In the last room, the Romans had better speed and formations compared to SWCP, which tried its best, but it was not enough to make it win.
Overall, the Romans were the superior army, with better speed and tactics completion, despite lacking in neat formations. The SnowWalkers tried their best but lacked speed and had AFKs.
Club Penguin armies contacted several people of the community, both unaffiliated and some of those who attended the battle, to find out their opinion of it.
What are your thoughts on how the battle between Romans and Snowwalkers went, in your opinion?
Borapenguins: I didn’t watch it
Mz: Ggs Ez No diff
Greenvege, SWCP Advisor: I enjoyed the battle honestly, torn forgot to make his tactic sheet so I had to make tactics on spot , so I enjoyed leading r2 and r3 for me it was just making it close and impressing the judges!!!!
Dbsa, Romans Leader: pretty close but we managed to clutch it off
In conclusion, the battle was a close one. The Romans overcame the SnowWalkers and moved on to the next round. How did you find the battle? Do you believe there could have been a different outcome had the SnowWalkers been more prepared? Will the Romans keep their winning streak?
