KLONDIKE, CP Army Headquarters–  Aggie has departed from her leadership in Golden Troops. What led to her retirement and what can we expect from this?

Aggiepie began her journey in December of 2019. She saw that the Doritos were advertising through Club Penguin Online and began her army career from there. Fast-forwarding to April of 2020, Aggie joined the Golden Troops as a 2nd in Command where she met the Founding Eight.

Thus, she has been with the Golden Troops since their return. Fast forwarding to June of 2020, it was then announced that she had become their Golden Leader in which she had proven herself for her hard work and being loyal to the army.  She has been leading the army since, up until her recent retirement.

The CPAHQ team reached out to AggiePie for an interview regarding her retirement. Let’s see what she has to say!

How did you first join the Club Penguin army community?

I first joined the community back in December 2019 when the Doritos were advertising their army through CPO. I found their discord through their website, and became an avid member ever since!

What do you see in the future for Golden Troops?

It’s no secret that we have not done well with getting our maxes up in the past. However, we’ve been more strict on our staff members and we’ve gotten a bunch of new recruits lately! I’m hoping for GT to get their sizes up in the future by continuing to recruit and mentor new members of the army.

Do you think you will come back as a leader one day?

I have no clue, to be honest. Things are getting really busy for me and I need some time away from big leader responsibilities to focus on my future and the things I want to do after high school. The only thing I can guarantee right now is being able to advise for Golden Troops.

Do you have anything else you will like to say?

Stay golden.

So it looks like Aggie has no plans as of right now to return to her leadership for the Golden Troops. She will continue her support as an advisor and help as much as she can. It will be interesting to see where the Golden Troops go next.
