Zakster and Kingfunks4 Take Over CPAC – November 1, 2014

At midnight, Zakster and Kingfunks4 officially became the Chief Executive Officers of Club Penguin Army Central, succeeding the retired Bluesockwa Brothers. Zakster promised to revive CPAC’s social media accounts and eventually revise the Top Ten formula, since many felt it didn’t really show the strongest army. Kingfunks4 had already served as CEO before. He gave up his leadership of the Ice Warriors to focus on the site, and he proposed a weekly one-hour live-blog debate with army legends and community members.

Battle of Tuxedo and the New “Black Alliance” – November 1, 2014

On the same day, the Light Troops and Rebel Penguin Federation war saw its first battle. The war began after former Rebel Penguin Federation leader Elmikey defected to LT, and the battle was for Tuxedo, the capital of RPF.

Both sides claimed victory. LT reported having more than 40 members present, while RPF stated they had around 20 members and accused LT of only invading two rooms and logging off early. Additionally, RPF alleged that LT was multilogging. The main evidence presented by RPF was a picture taken at:30 after the battle had concluded. However, CPAC judged that LT performed clearly better overall. Later that evening, Elmikey officially declared Tuxedo as the Co-Capital of the Light Troops.

RPF responded by allying with the Teutons and the Air Force, and chose the name “Black Alliance.” That name was controversial because the original Black Alliance had been formed by LT’s creator, Ioioluk. Waterkid dismissed the new group in a reply post, and Teutons leader Brigade3 later explained in the comments that the name was chosen to provoke Waterkid. Meanwhile, rumors spread that LT would form its own alliance, possibly with the Nachos and Golden Troops.

Trojans Redeclare War on WAP – November 1, 2021

Barely a week after ending their war as a tie, the Trojans declared war on the Wet Army Penguins for a third time. Founder Ivy announced it in a post titled “Third Time’s the Charm”. She told Club Penguin Army Headquarters that the first two wars never resolved anything and that the Trojans hoped to take WAP’s land.

Misty said the constant wars bored her, while Pandor rejected the Trojans’ accusations about a scamming member. The Trojans also hoped the war would help them reach 700 server members. The full story was covered in the Trojans redeclare War on WAP post.

Phantom Republic Celebrates One Year – November 1, 2025

The Phantom Republic marked its first anniversary, shortly after allying with the Elite Guardians. Under xdemon, photo, and AB, the army held a 14-minute ceremonial event on CPA Battleground that reached a size of 25.

Its first generation began on October 25, 2024, after the Nether Knights shut down, and it went straight into the War of Spectral Siege. The army reopened for a second generation on October 15, 2025, as covered in PRCP Celebrates 1 Year. xdemon said the new generation was more stable and that PRCP had grown from a max of 5 to 15 in under a month.

November 1 has repeatedly brought new leaders, fresh alliances, and restarted wars. In 2014, Zakster and Kingfunks4 took over CPAC while the Black Alliance name returned. In 2021, the Trojans redeclared war on WAP, and in 2025, the Phantom Republic celebrated its first year. Which of these November 1 moments do you think had the biggest long-term impact on the community?
