Joonie’s Journey
Joonie was recruited into Help Force on June 25, 2020. Although his level of activity was limited, he made it a point to check the Help Force periodically, every few months, to remain informed. In February 2026, having more free time, he decided to return to the server. Upon his return, he discovered that staff applications were open, and consequently, he submitted an application. On February 7, he was accepted as a Junior Staff member.
Displaying a positive attitude, he progressed through the ranks and was promoted to a full staff member on March 22. Following his service in the army and active participation in various tournaments during this period, Joonie achieved the rank of High Command Member on July 25, where he continues to serve. Joonie has also showed great dedication in judging, participating in the Top Ten Committee ultimately achieving Media Member of the Month, as well as attaining an award for being one of the best moderators!
Runa announcing promotion of Joonie to the HCOM Team
During his tenure with the Help Force, Joonie actively participated in both March Madness and the Legends Cup in 2026. On May 16, he was honored with induction as a Help Force Power Troop in the Hall of Fame, a testament to his significant contributions to the army. Additionally, he has received the title of Staff of the Week on three occasions. As a High Command member, Joonie is committed to enhancing his knowledge and diligently strives to support his fellow staff members and troops.
Lastly, Club Penguin Armies reached out to Joonie to gain a deeper understanding of their accomplishments and daily responsibilities within the army.
What does your daily work as an HCOM member look and feel like?
As HCOM, its our duty to be a good example not just for the server members, but for the staff as well. We organise a lot of stuff behind the scenes and do our best to think about the whole server and all the helpers!
How do you balance helping your army while also managing your own personal commitments?
By having good time management.
What is one achievement or moment during your time in HCOM that you are proud of?
I would say probably my time during the Legends Cup was very fun, and also during the gem theme week we did! I have enjoyed all the time I’ve spent as Hcom.
While in position, what has been the biggest challenge you have faced so far?
There isn’t one “big” challenge to say in particular, whatever issue may arise, we solve it efficiently and don’t let it affect our performance!
Who has helped you the most throughout your journey?
There isn’t one person in particular, everyone in the team has been very welcoming and helpful since the moment I joined as a Junior Staff. Diwix, Runa, Alex, Lucifer, Sammie, Nyxia and all the Trustees have been a great help in getting to where I am now, and of course a big thanks to all the helpers who continue to motivate me to do what I do! And remember, Elp is the greatest.
Joonie is focused on improving his knowledge and skills to effectively support the growth and strength of his army. He serves as a source of inspiration for his fellow staff members, as well as for individuals aspiring to become a part of the HCOM team in the future. What are your thoughts? Is it plausible that we will witness Joonie’s ascension within the HCOM ranks in the near future?
