Summer voting is finally returning after several years away. This year, we’re focusing specifically on historical nominees as we introduce the nominees for the 2026 Legends Inductions. There’s plenty to cover, so be sure to read through the post for all the details surrounding this year’s vote and nominees.

Introduction to Club Penguin Army Legends and the Legends Committee
For 16 years now, the Club Penguin army community has been inducting Legends in some way shape or form. What began as an award handed out by a news site to the pioneers of the game we play has become much bigger. Being an Army Legend- for most people- is a goal. The ultimate reward for spending years contributing to this game and impacting it on a wide scale. Indeed, those that are Army Legends typically wear it as a badge of honor as they join an exclusive list, allies and adversaries alike. Together, these Army Legends now convene twice a year to evaluate potential candidates to join the collective.
Answering what it takes to be an Army Legend is a huge undertaking. The Legends Committee operates on an open-to-join model for any Army Legends to convene and discuss what exactly that means to them. The subjective nature of the conversation benefits from more voices at the table. While awards, tournament wins, and performances play a key part in evaluating a nominees career, the committee also focuses on things that are harder to measure, such as lasting impact, community influence, and even one’s character.

For the first time in the Club Penguin Private Server era, all Army Legends will vote on all nominees together, regardless of previous classifications. Each member of the committee is expected to contribute to the conversation and come to a definitive stance on each nominee.
Historical Nominees for Army Legend
The nominees were decided upon by utilizing an open-nominee process amongst Legends Committee members. Each committee member had the chance to submit any individuals they wanted to be discussed for nomination. The committee then spent a week deliberating on if the candidate should or shouldn’t receive a nomination. These conversations also included a non-binding vote of ‘yes’ or ‘no’ for each candidate. Once all candidates were aptly discussed, the Committee Heads analyzed the conversations and votes to put together a final list that was approved by the rest of the committee.
Please note: It is our goal for the 2027 Summer Session to include an open nomination process for all to better involve the community in this stage of the cycle.
The first iteration of the new Summer Session for the Legends Committee is focusing solely on “historical” individuals. This means that every nominee listed is retired and not actively serving in an army. Some may hold an advisory role, but this is not counted as serving in an army. In the future, both Summer Sessions and Winter Sessions will have a mixed ballot of historical and contemporary (individuals actively serving in an army) nominees.
Approximately 40 names were suggested by committee members altogether. Only 17 were chosen for nomination. It is important to remember that if historical nominees are not inducted in a session they are nominated for, they will not be able to be nominated again for one calendar year. This means any nominees on this list that are not inducted during this cycle will be ineligible for a nomination in our 2026 Winter Session and will next be eligible during the 2027 Summer Session.
The nominees for the Legend Committee’s 2026 Summer Session are as follows:
Lucario564
Lucario564’s career began in 2007, when he joined the Army of Club Penguin. However, he is mainly remembered in the army community for being one of the most impactful figures of the Watex Warriors army. Lucario first joined WW in 2008 under Dialga80’s command, and by August 2008 he became a leader alongside Wii Mountain and Spaceybirdy. This leadership trio ended up being extremely successful, with Watex Warriors experiencing a golden age that solidified them as one of the top 5 armies of 2009 and early 2010, achieving sizes of over 40. Lucario went on a hiatus in 2011 but returned in 2012 and became the main leader of WW’s final generations that spanned until the middle of 2014. During this period WW was consistently a top S/M or low Major force, reaching sizes of over 25 during multiple occasions, and winning the CPWN tournament in 2014. Outside of leading WW, Lucario654 had brief leadership stints in Elites and Golds. Lucario also had a notable media career. In 2013 he managed to become CEO at Small Medium Army Central. However, he quickly moved to Small Medium Army Press in early 2014, where he also assumed a CEO role. At the same time period he was also a staff member for the Club Penguin Army Central and held a prestigious role as a member of CPAC’s Central Board.
Dino
Though first joining armies in 2015, Dino made his first mark in the community during 2019 with leadership roles in the Lime Green Army, Romans, and the Pizza Federation. Dino’s promotion to Water Vikings commander in September 2022 was his first significant role in a major army. Following the retirement of Aaronstone42, Dino and his co-leaders pushed for reconstruction of the army and by summer 2023, Dino would oversee the large build-up of their AUSIA and EU forces. This buildup led WV to secure a finalist position in the summer edition of AUSIA Arena, ultimately losing out to the Help Force. Dino later organized and served as a primary leader of the Blue Sunset Alliance following a plead from the Elite Guardians and the alliance would collectively declare war on the Army of Club Penguin in June. The war, which would turn into World War IX, saw the Blue Sunset Alliance go undefeated in the battles, securing 32 battle victories over ACP and their allies- the Sapphire Concordat. Following this, the army secured a semi-finals finish in Legends Cup XIII. Dino and his peers built on this by securing the win in Christmas Chaos XIII, narrowly beating the Elite Guardians in the finals and not losing a single room in the tournament, giving WV their second major historical tournament win. At the 2023 year end, WV would achieve its highest Top Ten of the Year finish at that point, placing #4 with a total of 6 #1 finishes. Dino would also be awarded with a Person of the Year Runner-up award. In early 2024, WV would secure their third major historical tournament win, winning March Madness IX in a near sweep finals against the Rebel Penguin Federation. Due to his achievements, Dino has been remembered as one of WV’s most statistically successful leaders. Outside of leading, Dino has been remembered as a historian, working for the CPA Wiki as bureaucrat since 2021. His other civic roles include graphics work and head of the Top Ten Committee for CPA.
Lorenzo Bean
Lorenzo Bean is known for being a consistent and ever present force through a ten year period of CP Armies. He joined the Ice Warriors in November 2007, before spearheading a major merger to create The Warrior Army (DW/FW/IW). However, internal struggles led to a successful rebellion within the army. In 2008, Lorenzo is credited with the earliest documentation of the emote bomb as a mode of combat, which has been used ever since. He further led rebellions within the Ice Warriors, which later led to the formation of Golds’ third generation in 2009. He recruited Andrew and Shaboomboom to the army and helped to push the army to one of its highest peaks. He would return to the army two seperate times to prevent it from collapsing. Lorenzo would later be one of the key leaders responsible for the first and second generations of the Dark Warriors, although internal struggles meant these generations were short lived. Through 2011-13 he would become a troop within the ACP, but did not seek to rise the ranks and stayed as 4ic for three years. He used this time to focus on his CPA Central work which was essential to the organization. Lorenzo would be a key editor and served as executive producer for two years. His time as CEO was not long but is known for being a stabilising time during a dark period of armies in 2016.
Madhav2
Madhav rejoined the Ice Warriors as a Second in Command in March 2020 and was promoted to leader in April. Before becoming leader, he contributed to IW’s March Madness run, where the army reached a size of 165. He also played a strong role in helping armies from CPO acclimate to Club Penguin Rewritten during the major transition point in 2020. Following the shutdown of CPO, Madhav helped IW successfully adjust to the new platform while maintaining its position as one of the strongest armies of the era. During Madhav’s leadership, IW consistently ranked within the top five and achieved several major sizes. The army reached 120 against ACP in the Legends Cup quarterfinals, around 110 against RPF in the semifinals, 98 during the invasion of Rocky Road against the Doritos, and 101 against DCP in their rematch of March Madness shortly before his retirement. Madhav was also heavily involved in diplomacy, handling many of the affairs between IW’s allies and enemies throughout his leadership. He played an important role in creating and managing the Black Ice Alliance between the Ice Warriors, RPF, and Dark Warriors. BIA became one of the most powerful alliances of 2020, defeating DCP, capturing Summit, and helping dismantle the New Dawn Alliance. His ability to guide IW through a major platform transition, maintain strong diplomatic relationships, and lead the army through a successful period demonstrated his strength as a leader. The foundation and momentum he helped build continued helping IW move forward even after his retirement in August.
Cosmo
Cosmo’s army journey began in 2017 when he joined the Rebel Penguin Federation. Over the course of two years he rose through the ranks and reached the top position of Rebel Commander. While he would step away at a couple points in 2019, he eventually came back and held the role for 2 years. Cosmo played a major role in rebuilding the AUSIA division, this time under his reign, helping it grow from sizes of around 14 to over 80 and eventually reach a record of more than 102. Under his leadership, he helped guide RPF through one of the most dominant periods in modern CPA history. During Cosmo’s tenure, RPF won Legends Cup X, Fright or Fight, and Christmas Chaos X, remaining undefeated in every official tournament held in 2020. The army reached 162 in the Legends Cup semifinals and 155 in the finals. RPF was also ranked the number one army of 2020 with 312 points, placed first in 24 weekly Top Tens, and held the number one position for 20 consecutive weeks. Cosmo also led RPF during the notorious World War Rewritten, a large conflict involving several opposing armies, primarily ACP and the Chaos Army. He established RPF’s alliance with the Ice Warriors, which later became part of the foundation for the Black Ice Alliance between RPF, IW, and DW. BIA became one of the strongest alliances of the era and successfully fought against the Doritos and Water Vikings. His time as Rebel Commander was defined by the rebuilding of AUSIA, an undefeated tournament record, major military victories, and RPF’s continued dominance throughout 2020.
Revan
Towards the end of 2011, Revan went split off from the Ninjas and founded the Night Divers which quickly became a dominant Small Medium army. The Night Divers would soon draw the attention of the Red Alliance, an alliance consisting of 6-8 other Small Medium armies. Under Revans leadership the Night Divers emerged victorious with sizes of 20+ and took their place as a dominant force in the Summer of 2012. In October of that year, Pirates Leader Waterkid101 announced Order 67, a plan to eliminate the Small Medium community. Revan quickly gathered other Small Mediums and established the Small Medium Army Alliance and defeated the Pirates, in the battle of Hockey and ended Order 67. Following this and after a short retirement Revan revived the Club Penguin Air Force in 2013 which became its most successful generation ever, starting out as a Small Medium and then attaining Major status with sizes of 25-30, winning wars against the Golds and other armies. In June 2015 after a few stints in a few different armies, Revan was recruited into Marines by Sidie9 which they successfully built into the most successful generation in its history achieving sizes of 30+ and winning multiple wars most notably against Golds and Silver Surfers. Revan returned in 2020 and reassumed command of the Marines with another successful generation of maxing 30+. In 2021 he returned from retirement to the Water Vikings, helping the Vikings achieve Major status once more after it dropped to Small Medium due to internal disputes, hitting sizes of 25+ and winning Water Vikings first major tournament, Champions Cup VI. It was here that he was a driving force behind and a founding member of the Western Bloc alliance which would lead up to the kick off of World War VIII. Revan’s career is a testament to the value of willpower, leadership and good strategy, and through those testaments left a lasting impact on the Small Medium scene and the wider community.
Cabin0416
Cabin0416’s army journey began in 2014 after being recruited into the Golden Troops. He went on to join numerous other armies throughout his career before Club Penguin’s inevitable closure. Cabin returned to the community by joining the Recon Federation in 2019, rising to the the rank of Third-in-Command. Having already established connections within the army community during his tenure in RFCP, Cabin rose to prominence after joining the People’s Imperial Confederation in 2021. Cabin gained a reputation for becoming one of the army’s top recruiters. As an active member of the Confederation, he was promoted to PIC’s leadership in the latter half of 2021. Awarded numerous medals and accolades for his service in this period, Cabin contributed to wars against the Golden Troops, Post Malone Army and Trojans, reaching the finals of Challengers Cup 2 and victories in World War VIII. PIC’s domination of the small/medium community in 2021 can be considerably attributed to Cabin’s work ethic throughout this period. Cabin took a chance to create his own army, the Napalm Corps, in the beginning of 2023. Garnering recognition for playing important roles in the Sapphire Concordat’s war against the Dark Vikings and World War IX. Cabin returned to PIC briefly after merging the Napalm Corps, aiding PIC in securing its first trophy at the Beach Brawl III in 2023. He was given the titles of Premier and Revolutionary in PIC for his work. Cabin has also been responsible for numerous major armies, he was a key figure in the Templars during their victory in Legends Cup XII. He joined the Water Vikings in the fall of 2023 where he was also a key figure in their victory over the EGCP in the CCXIII Final and, he was also a key figure in the Vikings March Madness Finals win over RPF where the Vikings won 2-1. He was the driving force behind the Vikings victory over the ACP in the Forlonsing War handing the ACP their first CPPS war loss with a score of 12-1-1. Cabins dedication and his drive for success is why he has earned this nomination.
Wynn
Wynn was recruited into Help Force in 2020 and thus began her career as one of the most influential commanders Help Force has ever seen. She rose to prominence in early 2021 as a dedicated staff member, flying through the ranks until achieving leadership in the winter. Alongside Snowy, she led Help Force through three tournaments in a 3-month window, growing in size every tournament and reaching the semifinals each time, culminating in the two reaching the finals of March Madness in 2022 after powering through a prime Templars. Her leadership also netted Help Force its best annual Top Ten scoring and sizes of 65+. After her retirement from leadership, Wynn went on to become a Head Judge at CPAJ then CPA admin in December 2022 and served until September 2023. With a CPA struggling in its first six months, she directed the coup of two admins and overhauled the entire organization in order to stabilize it in a period where unification was once more at risk. This included innovating a new ladder to help keep the organization sustainable with systems in place to restore the community’s lost trust in leagues. She was also able to smoothly host many important community events such as the census, AUSIA Arena, and take charge in guiding the Army Board. Finally, she revamped media, helping the organization reach record months in posts. She was recognized as a runner-up for Person of the Year for her efforts. Overall, Wynn’s time as admin arguably overshadows her notable HF leadership. Like Ayan years before her, she brought much-needed stability to the entire community for her stewardship, ensuring Club Penguin Armies became the most stable organization in CPPS history—an unprecedented feat that made it the third-longest-lasting organization in history (at the time of writing behind CPAC and SMAC), despite the challenges of her era.
Bam117
Bam117’s journey in armies began when he was recruited by Wwebestfan during the first month of Doritos’ creation. In 2011, Bam was anointed the status of co-creator and proceeded to lead in every consequent major era for the army during the pre-CPPS age. The vast catalogue of his accomplishments as Doritos’ leader includes a #1 ranking in the CPAC Top Ten Armies of 2015, the formation of New Dawn Alliance and a successful world war victory over Bloodline Alliance in 2013, and massive victories in solo battles with other legends including the likes of Puckley and Waterkid. During 2015, Bam would also join the Army of Club Penguin and quickly achieved the rank of leader. Under his two tenures leading ACP in both 2015 and 2016, the army went on to notch two war victories over the Nachos and achieved a rank of #2 in the Top Ten Armies of 2016. Lastly, Bam was granted the rank of leader in the Underground Mafias Army during the same year and assumed the role of UMA Godfather alongside Wgfv and Daniel. Under his leadership, UMA would achieve a level of dominance in the community not seen by the army since Pink Mafias by being #1 in the CPAC Top Ten for 5 weeks in a row.
Eden
After Club Penguin’s closure, Eden- alongside Matthew4901- would create the first significant media organization of the private server era, Club Penguin Rewritten Army Central, in April 2017. While CPRAC was plagued with internal drama from other members, the organization still provided significant media coverage for the time and served as the first central hub of the private server era. Following its closure, Eden switched to operating behind the scenes, securing the community against wrongdoers, such as the former administrators of CPRAC, problematic army leaders, and organizations like Club Penguin Online and Club Penguin Central. Eden’s investigative work into Club Penguin Online and its army league ultimately led to him organizing a large exodus from Club Penguin Online in January 2019, effectively birthing the 2019 CPR army scene. Eden continued his investigative work into 2020, playing a significant role in the exposure of Club Penguin Online’s illicit activities to the wider public and was a primary figure in it’s takedown. Eden then played a vital role as one of the primary unifiers of the CPO and CPR army communities. This unification formed the Club Penguin Army Hub, for which he would serve as a co-owner and administrator. In early 2021, Eden seemed to destroy CPAH’s server and give it to a doxxing group: GHO5T. It later emerged that Eden had been acting to protect CPAH’s staff, as the group threatened to dox the entire staff of the organization. But this came too late to save CPAH or Eden’s reputation with the wider community. Following this, Eden re-creating his ProSect organization to publicly post his investigative findings. A controversial figure in modern times, Eden has gone down in history as the first major figure to take significant action against Club Penguin Online and their army league, successfully operating between both the CPPS and army scenes.
Antonio960
Antonio960’s army journey began in early 2014 with the Golds, where he quickly rose through the ranks and had his first shot at leading the army in the summer of 2014. Although he had no prior leadership experience, Antonio quickly showed how dedicated he was to the army. His early attempts at leadership were rocky, and he was often demoted, but he remained passionate about staying with the Golds and never allowed these setbacks to deter him. His persistence eventually paid off, and in December 2014, Antonio was given permanent leadership of the Golds. Under his leadership, the Golds went on to defeat armies such as the Marines, Hot Sauce Army, and Moon Warriors in hard-fought wars. His drive to make the army succeed created loyal troops internally, making everyone around him passionate and wanting to succeed as well. Under Antonio’s reign, the Golds were unstoppable, reaching their peak and climbing from SMAP to CPAC’s Top Ten a few times, reaching sizes of 30+. Even after the Golds’ decline, Antonio’s journey was far from over, as he continued to make his mark across the army community and take on a few other projects throughout his career. Some of these included leading the Silver Surfers alongside Lorenzo Bean, where Antonio basically led by himself due to Lorenzo’s absence. Antonio solely led the army at a few points, filling out the ranks and establishing important and beneficial relations with other armies. The Silver Surfers even sat at the top of SMAP’s Top Ten during the summer of 2015, ascending into CPAC’s Top Ten a couple of times as well and reaching sizes of 25+ at times. Antonio later went on to create and lead the Aqua Vikings, which also ended up rising into CPAC, reaching sizes of 25+. He was also granted permission to recreate the Romans, where he continued showing his dedication when it came to armies, leading them to max sizes of 15+ and winning SMAC Christmas Chaos. His dedication to armies didn’t stop there, as Antonio’s career then took a turn when he served as a leader of the Pretzels, leading them to reach the top three position in CPAC with sizes of 40+. With Antonio’s passion and dedication, he became a highly prominent figure in the S/M field, even earning HoF recognition as a legend in both the Romans and Golds. His dedication showed through in each army he was a part of, consistently helping them find success. All of his dedication was also noticed by the community itself, where he was recognized as an SM Army Press Person of the Year in 2016.
Sapper
Sapper created the Chaos Army in June of 2012 alongside Hyper Sonic. Under Sapper’s guidance, the army had a heavy diet of wars, winning against lesser known armies and obtaining undecided results against the Pretzels, Light Troops, and Romans. This culminated in a 10th place CPAC top ten spot in May of 2013. While other leaders bailed following these wars, Sapper remained and put together a team that would finally beat a formidable army: the Water Ninjas. They maxed 26 and defeated WN in convincing fashion. He took this momentum and capitalized on it by pushing the army to enter into Legends Cup IV via qualifiers. They shockingly defeated the reigning champion Ice Warriors in Round One, though the battle was revoked. CPAC put together a three-way round two battle between IW, Chaos, and the Dark Warriors, with Chaos again beating IW but falling just behind DW. Sapper would continue to be the one constant in a revolving command group, even surviving a coup d’état and a temporary leave in the back third of 2013. In 2014, he spearheaded war wins against the Soda Pop Army, WN [again], and SWAT while also engaging with the Redemption Force and Teutons in undecided conflicts. During this time, the army frequently placed first on both SMAC and SMAP top tens. In SMAP’s Halloween Bash, they defeated the CPAC-ranked 2nd Light Troops- who had fallen to S/M top tens at the start of the tournament- resulting in a new high ranking of 8th on CPAC for Chaos. Following this, Sapper’s activity waned, which ultimately resulted in his coup d’état at the hands of EpicOrange1 at the very end of 2014. Sapper went on to spend time as leader of the Golds during their heights in 2015 as a major army, though he quickly joined the revived Army Republic in April, leading the army from May through September, as it became the perpetual S/M top ten leader. He earned legend in AR for his efforts to keep the historic army alive.
Ads354
Ads354 joined the community as a member of the Nachos March 17th, 2009. In under a year, Ads would rise to the position of General, tasked with leading the army still reeling from Akabob’s removal months before. Recognized by Person as the army’s main leader by late February and left to his devices with the retirements of Person (as advisor), Gamer, and Tomb. Ads and Billy Mays would lead the army to the inaugural Legends Cup victory against all odds against strong Night Warriors, Army of Club Penguin, and Ice Warriors due to his tactical maneuvering. He would also be the sole first place in a sea of ACP first places that year. Ads would later lead the army to another inaugural victory of a major tournament, Christmas Chaos, with his co-leader Chrisi Blule and Hurricanex1, and later on played a smaller role in Nachos winning the inaugural March Madness in 2013. Aside from tournaments, Ads was leader for many of the Nachos’ greatest feats including topping the 2013 Top Ten. A staple of the early 2010s Nachos, Ads has often been cited as one of the army’s most successful leaders, along with being one of its longest—accumulating more than 2 years of tenure over the years. In an era where tournaments were still in their infancy, Ads proved to be the king of the new meta through his tactical brilliance and is entrenched in the story of some of the community’s greatest tournaments.
Apollo
Apollo’s army career began in the early 2010s, when he quickly established himself as a prominent figure within the army community. In January 2012, he co-founded the Moon Warriors alongside Nitro52, beginning one of the most notable chapters of his career. Under Apollo’s leadership, MW became a notable presence within the Small/Medium community, participating in conflicts against armies such as the Lime Green Army and the Golds. Later on, Apollo and his two co-leaders, Sidie9 and TondraX, were able to get the army into the CPA Central Top Ten, placing seventh, while hosting events that reached sizes of 9-15+. Apollo remained involved through multiple generations and periods of revival. He also became involved with the Gold Rush Alliance, assisting the Hot Sauce Army and Chaos during its conflicts with the Golds in 2014. Beyond MW, Apollo continued to take on leadership roles across prominent armies. In September 2015, he briefly led the Ice Warriors alongside Tax1 and Spikey before his tenure ended after only a few days. He also held a leadership role within the Marines of Club Penguin and remained active across the army community throughout as a well known graphics designer. Despite periods of instability, Apollo maintained a recognizable presence and left a lasting mark across the army community.
Lord Pain
Lord Pain began his army career in 2009 when he joined the Night Warriors as a recruit under the name “Beolion”. After leading various small/medium armies, he would change his name to Lord Pain and join the Doritos of Club Penguin. Once he ranked up to leader, he instantly gained popularity for his recruiting skills, creative strategy and bold personality. This led to a very long leadership career where he’d lead several armies, including GT, RPF, LT, ST, Templars and many more major armies. His first home was the Golden Troops, where he became close friends with Jerry and went on to lead with the likes of Sercan and Tempah. Lord Pain was able to successfully lead Golden Troops to #1 in the CPAC Top Ten and also had many legends being trained by him, including Mustapha10. He would play a significant role in the World War between the Black/White Alliance. In between the two generations of Golden Troops he led, Pain would also participate in the revival of the Rebel Penguin Federation and become a mentor for Elmikey. Pain quickly became RPF Leader and led them through what many call “the greatest war of all time” between RPF and Nachos. Lord Pain won many individual battles against Puckley himself and proved he can lead well both on his own and in a group. Pain would also win his first of four Legends Cups in August 2013 against Nachos and Doritos. RPF would become Pain’s resting place after 2013 as he assumed an advisor role while continuing to influence the future generations. His most important war would come near the end of Club Penguin when he returned to lead the infamous “Pain Wars”, which resulted in Pain successfully conquering ACP’s entire nation. Pain would leave RPF during the same year Elmikey did, and would eventually find himself in the Templars alongside Xing.
Beeky
Hailing from early times, Beeky was a largely unknown face in the Nachos hovering in the member/mod ranks from 2008-2012. Things changed in mid 2012 however when he was thrust into leadership after familiar names like Puckley/Tanman/Dashing Snow took a step away. Known for his quiet demeanor, tactical ferocity, unconventional methods and the core of the army’s battle strategy, Beeky was the driving force that helped the Nachos defeat ACP in 2012. Things didn’t stop there, as the army saw a second golden age throughout 2013 where they reached sizes unseen since 2009. However, Success is like gravity, and with the back to school decline, fall of 2013 turned out to be the army’s darkest hour. With the help of a loyal few, they brought the army to stability until the conclusion of 2014. When he finally retired in 2015, Beeky stood as arguably the most accomplished and by far most tenured leader in the army’s history. Through the army’s death, he was a face all could count on, and belongs head and shoulders above the level of Nacho greats like Person, Puckley, Tanman, Gamer, and Dash.
Jester
A veteran in his own right, Jester first participated in armies in 2008 but did not latch on to an allegiance until 2013 when he joined the Doritos revival. He’s been labeled a vital piece of the army’s high command up until 2014, when he left to lead the Light Troops alongside Elmikey. The two valiantly led the army in an intense war with the Dark Warriors. Unfortunately for those two, their stint would be short-lived after a coup d’état at the hands of the infamous Waterkid100. Jester returned to DCP in August of 2014 and quickly established himself as a harbinger of war, beating the Nachos in a lengthy war alongside fellow leader Bam117. While the Doritos would shut down in November, they would quickly return at the start of 2015 and were once again commanded by Jester, this time alongside Mustapha10x in addition to Bam and briefly, Wwebestfan. DCP would spend what seems like the entirety of 2015 at war, with notable victories against the Nachos [again], Ice Warriors, the Power Alliance [SWAT, DW, BMA, SP], and the Water Vikings as members of the New Dawn Alliance. Jester’s efforts culminated in DCP receiving a #1 spot on Club Penguin Army Central’s Top Ten of 2015, cementing himself as a key contributor to their golden era. After DCP’s closure in early 2016, Jester took over the Chaos Army alongside a litany of peers and quickly rose them to first on the CPAC Top Ten for one week, powered by a partnership with a Club Penguin Private Server. A falling out between him and the Chaos Council resulted in his group pivoting to revive the Underground Mafias Army for a shortlived generation that saw high sizes but was marred by internal issues. After a lull in activity, Jester would once again return to the Doritos in December of 2016, spending the last months of Club Penguin leading and advising the army. He also briefly returned in the summer of 2020 to lead DCP from June to September, peaking at 2nd on CPAH’s Top Twenty.
Community Vote
For the Legends Committee, it is the utmost priority to move with the community in order to accurately reflect who they feel are the major players deserving of the title. Given the wide range of activity from participants in the committee, each one is expected to rely on the community’s feedback and observations to further discern if a nominee is worth an induction. That is where you come in, viewer. Each and every Legends Inductions hosted by the Legends Committee incorporates the Community Vote. This is where you will be able to vote ‘yes’ or ‘no’ for each nominee. If any nominee on this list receives a simple majority (50.5%) of ‘yeses’, they will receive a +1 vote to their total after the Committee Vote.
To participate in the Community Vote, click HERE to be redirected to the official Google Form. While a Google Mail address is required to submit a vote, the Committee Heads cannot see it. Nevertheless, we encourage everyone to practice good internet safety and use an account specifically dedicated to your Club Penguin affairs.
All nominees must receive either a yes or no vote for the form to be considered valid. Anyone found to have submitted multiple votes will have all of their votes discarded from the final tally. While armies and nominees are allowed to promote the form to their communities, they must not dictate to individuals how they must vote. This includes but is not limited to:
- Saying to vote yes for a certain nominee[s]
- Saying to vote no for a certain nominee[s]
- Creating a ‘sample ballot’ for individuals to follow
The Legends Committee can and will discard votes if voter manipulation is found.
Once you have submitted your vote, you MUST send a Direct Message on Discord to Committee Heads DMT (username: DMT7) or Mare (username: libeee) for your vote to be count. Failing to do so may result in YOUR VOTE BEING INVALIDATED.
Community members have until Thursday, September 10th @ 11:59 PM EST to submit their votes. The form will be closed promptly once the clock strikes midnight.
The Road Ahead
The Legends Committee will be meeting at several points over the upcoming week to discuss the nominees. Afterwards, they will have a handful of days to submit their votes. New for this year, there will be a brief classification vote for the nominees that are inducted, with the two current classifications being Major & S/M, representative of how the title operated in previous years. Once that is done, the results will be revealed to the public. Ideally, the results will be released sometime between September 13th-19th.
