On July 11, pizzaioli creator Skydorino stepped down from the leadership position. Undoubtedly, this action left its marks on the army in several ways.

Skydorino began his army career in the Doritos of Club Penguin, which he first joined on March 3, 2025. In July of the same year, he joined the Templars of Club Penguin as a Noble Knight, and he ended up joining the Water Vikings afterward. Ultimately, after spending time in WV as a Viking Warrior, he joined the Fire Vikings as a Staff-in-Training in early May 2026.
In a conversation with Skydorino, conducted by the Club Penguin Armies reporting team, it was mentioned that a talk was established with Klombe, because he was in the decision-making process of creating an army. Klombe gave him some pizza-themed ideas. Since Dorino had opening an army on his bucket list, he went for it.
On July 11, Pizzaioli of Club Penguin leader Skydorino announced that he would be stepping down from his commander position. Dorino expresses how he wanted pizzaioli to be his final army because his time in the army as a whole was coming to an end. Furthermore, he expresses how the army community has gotten boring over time, and how he feels bored and unexcited to attend or host events.

What are you planning to do in the Club Penguin army community, considering that you’re not in Pizzaioli?
Nothing, i wanted pizzaioli to be my final army because i was done with CPA as a whole.
Any plans to return to armies in general?
Not at all, CPA has gotten incredibly boring i lost my excitement for events because its not really fun at all.

How did pizzaioli react internally when Skydorino retired?
well, our staff team was really sad that Sky left due to him being a big helper in the army
What changes will be made to operate well without Skydorino?
I’ll have to make sure that Klombe locks in with his leader duties and actually does stuff in the army without Sky helping him out, we’ll also try and host more events to keep the army going
