Recently, Void Troops blew out their first candles. Recently, they celebrated their first year as an army within the community. In this report, we will take a quick look at this celebration and its history.

The beginning of The Void
On April 27, 2025, Justin and Logical established Void Troops within Club Penguin Armies. Void Troops officially came to life and, at their opening event on April 28, 2025, maxed 20 players. On February 2, 2026, co-founder Justin announced the shutdown of Void Troops after less than a year of activity. During its first generation, VT was led by 11 different leaders.

The beginning of the void made a lot of noise in the CPA community. The Void Troops discord server was seen to be defaced by Justin in June 2025, two months after its opening. Following the tragedy in June 2025, VT saw itself disqualified from Around the World Cup II. Despite all that, they still managed to return stronger than ever, becoming a major army and maintaining that classification for a few months. It was in October 2025 when Void Troops fell to the small/medium category once again. Their leadership also changed a lot in their first year of existence, seeing many different leaders.
An army at war
Void Troops didn’t stop their way in the community without a war. Multiple wars marked their first generation, giving them a record of 10 victories and 1 defeat. Their first war in May 2025 was against Special Weapons and Tactics for the duration of one day. It ended with a war score of 4-0. Their last registered war was against the Templars of Club Penguin from which they came out victorious, having won 13 out of the 18 battles. Their only defeat on their record was due to a breach in war terms against the Penguins of Agartha.

One year of Void Troops
Void Troops celebrated their first anniversary on April 27, 2026. Their troops, visitors, and allies logged on to Ascent at the Stadium on Club Penguin Army Battleground to celebrate this day. Their year into CPA was marked by wars, back-to-back leadership changes, and even their award from the Troopstealing Madness category during the 2025 Fortune Gala. The anniversary event reached a maximum of 19 troops, allies, and visitors combined.

Following the celebration, Ugly, a former leader and VT legend, announced the induction of Kira as a Void Troops legend. Kira was their third leader of this first generation. She led the war against Doritos of Club Penguin in 2025, where VT won 11-0 against her old army. She was also a leader during the VT rise of the summer, and played a major part in VT winning its wars. Kira was always there for VT when it needed her, also coming back from retirement once to further help the army. She was experienced as well, as before joining VT, she had been a leader of the Secret Service and the Doritos of Club Penguin. Her hard work in the Void Troops was marked by her induction.
