Background
Breadpan and Flimsy have experienced life in several armies. Breadpan joined the community in October 2023, after being recruited into the Army of Club Penguin. He participated in his first tournament, the Trick or Treat Trials, the same month he joined, playing a crucial role in recruiting. After winning the tournament, Breadpan continued to be a successful recruiter, earning Troop of the Week and Recruiter of the Week several times. In January 2024, his contributions were recognised and he was promoted to staff, where he continued to support the army for some time. Breadpan eventually joined the Dark Pirates before later leaving the army.
On the other hand, Flimsy did not join an active army. Instead, they joined the Ice Warriors, who have been inactive since 2023. They later joined the Doritos of Club Penguin before moving on to the Void Troops, and eventually, the Dark Pirates. After lots of hard work in these armies, Flimsy attained staff rank during their time in DCP and DPC. Like Breadpan, Flimsy later left the Dark Pirates due in drama in the army. In fact, the Dark Pirates had shut down in March due to internal conflicts.
Opening
After leaving the Dark Pirates, Breadpan and Flimsy were looking for a new army to join. After some consideration, they decided to create their own army, calling it the Crimson Coalition. They held the opening event on April 11, with 10 community members in attendance.

Crimson Coalition at their opening event
After their opening, they scheduled more events, such as a training event on April 18. Furthermore, they placed 10th on the first Top Ten of April, putting them above other small/medium rivals. To learn more about what the Crimson Coalition has planned, Club Penguin Armies interviewed Breadpan.
Why did you decide to make the Crimson Coalition?
me and flimsy decided to make crimson coalition because, after we both decided to leave DPC, we were looking for armies to join.. and then just realised we didnt wanna join any of them :sobpraying: flimsy wanted to join a super niche army and i just wanted to go anywhere, but since we couldn’t decide we just realised the next best thing was making an army. so we actually followed through with it (and since flimsy spun a wheel and it landed on ‘yes’)
What are your current goals for the army?
mainly, we wanted to get more experience in CPA as well as trying to figure out how the fuck army leading works, but apart from that we really just wanted to make a community!! club penguin related or not, i think a lot of armies have some type of toxicity surrounding it; so our main goal is to make sure everyone has fun and doesnt get sucked into drama (and hopefully declare war on another army) :joobilove2:
How did you decide on the theme of the army and why did you pick this theme?
flimsy decided everything aesthetic around the theme of the army LMFAO they’re super super talented and made gfx as well so 😭😭 from them ; “i used the process of elimination and tried to figure out some ideas using our remaining choices so we could become original + inspired by my oc :drooly: ” but flimsy did pretty much everything for the theme
Do you plan to engage with other armies in the form of alliances and wars?
yes !! no planned alliances or wars yet but we very much want to go to war and have relations to other armies :joobilove2:
Where do you see the army in the future?
honestly we dont really know our exact goals yet lmfaooooo 😭 we didn’t expect to like genuinely see potential or even be in the top ten, but time will tell!! we definitely want the army to grow to its fullest potential, though :joobilove2:
we do need to stay mindful of like CPA and it’s controversies, and this is going a bit off-topic but it relates heavily to our goals; this isn’t meant to be offensive in any way, but given the issues that have occurred throughout CPA history (and some current issues) we feel it’s best to maintain some distance from specific people.
so in summary we arent COMPLETELY sure how this is gonna go, but we do know that we want our army to be SAFE!! and NOT toxic!! we started this as a fun project so we dont wanna be involved in any actual genuine drama which isnt related to wars (if someone has beef with us its all flimsy’s fault)
It seems that the Crimson Coalition wants to create a safe army environment as they continue to grow. What do you think they will accomplish? Will they become a dominate power in the small/medium community? Or will they potentially reach major army status?
