After their recent Major status rise, they failed to maintain their success. The People’s ImperIal Confederation has moved down to Small/Medium. What made them lose consistency?

The People’s Imperial Confederation was founded by S/M Army Legend Sidie9 and SirProditor, on October 19, 2019. Since then, they have played a huge role in the S/M community. After remaining closed for some time, they were revived on February 4, 2023. Since then, the Confederation has fast won tournaments and engaged in several wars. They truly marked themselves as a powerhouse within the S/M scenario.
There were many conflicts that the Confederation partook in 2023, such as the Bloodbath Barrage against the Dark Vikings, World War IX, and the Christmas Crusade against the Elite Guardians. In August, they won the intense and dramatic Beach Brawl III. Now in 2024, they were victorious in the New Year Bonanza and Around The World Cup. In addition, engaging in several conflicts against the Special Weapons and Tactics, Winged Hussars, Penguins Of Madagascar, and the Secret Service. Surprisingly, they won all of them.

On June 16, The Confederation was moved from S/M to Major as they saw a significant rise in activity within the army’s high command and staff, as they engaged in several activities that helped boost the army. In addition, several Club Penguin Journey events helped them gain recruits while they attempted to maintain their Major status. However, after a constant up-and-down movement regarding their classification, PIC sadly let their guard down and fell once more. Last Saturday, the army officially dropped to S/M once again.

Club Penguin Armies reached out to PIC Leaders to understand their views on the matter. However, we failed to obtain a response from them.
It seems like the Confederation failed to maintain its consistency and is seemingly losing steam. Nonetheless, will the community witness a twist? Will they surprise it once again? What can make them rise to Major and keep their status once and for all?
