This year’s September contradicts all narratives about the so-fearful “September drop.” The Twentieth Summer in Club Penguin Armies came to an end, and there was plenty of activity and polemical moments in one of the most eventful months of the year so far.

In the same way as the previous months, the Club Penguin Armies community came together and voted on their Top 5 Moments for September via polls in the Discord server. An impressive total of 29 moments were put up to vote proving just how eventful September was.

#5 – TEMPLARS LAUNCH WAR AGAINST DARK WARRIORS

Written by Senior Reporter: Geolonut

On September 14, 2026, the Templars of Club Penguin declared war on the Dark Warriors, titled Exterminatio Sanguisugarum, following the collapse of the Dark Knight Alliance after TCP’s multilogging controversy. The war has seen four battles, with the Templars winning at Thermal and the Dark Warriors claiming victories at Puddle, Down Under, and Yeti. Both armies have criticized each other while introducing Nitro giveaways to encourage participation. With both sides planning further invasions to reclaim lost territories, the conflict continues to test their strength, strategy, and standing in the Club Penguin army community.

#4 – SWEATER REMOVED FROM CPAJ AND QUITS MASKED BANDITS

Written by Senior Reporter: Pranav

On August 29, 2026, Club Penguin Army Judges announced the removal of Sweater as a Head Judge. Sweater received his initial promotion to Deputy Head Judge on May 15, 2026. Previously, Sweater got into drama with a member of the Shadow Legionnaires, including a situation where he was later banned from army servers. Upon the initial removal, he sent an apology in CPAJ. He later stepped down from Masked Bandits as well. The situation didn’t end here and lasted until the beginning of September, with him rejoining the MB server and furthering the mess. As a result, any armies that did not ban him yet did so after this secondary incident, cutting him off from the rest of the community.

On September 29, 2026, the Club Penguin Army community celebrated a monumental milestone: its 20th anniversary. In a historic collaborative effort, Club Penguin Armies, CPA: Battleground, the CPA Wiki, Club Penguin Army Judges, and the Legends Committee united to honor two decades of culture, tracing the community’s incredible journey from Oagalthorp’s founding of the Army of Club Penguin in 2006 to the modern, unified era. The celebration served as a poignant retrospective of the community’s unmatched resilience, highlighting how the scene survived the 2017 shutdown of the original game, navigated the turbulent and fragmented CPPS years, and experienced a massive renaissance during the 2020 pandemic. Ultimately, the anniversary was a heartfelt tribute to the founders, veterans, media members, judges, and everyday troops who kept the torch burning through golden ages and dark ages alike, proving that while platforms and generations may come and go, the enduring spirit, rivalries, and friendships of the army community remain unbreakable.

#2 – CLUB PENGUIN ARMIES PRESENTS: THE JERUSALEM FILES

Written by Reporter: Samio

One of the biggest stories of September was the release of “The Jerusalem Files” on September 9, which covered CPA’s investigation into alleged multilogging within the Templars of Club Penguin. The investigation examined suspicious Club Penguin Journey accounts, differences between TCP’s CPJ and CPAB event sizes, and evidence gathered by both the Army of Club Penguin and CPA administration. TCP denied that the investigation had proven the allegations, while the report concluded that multilogging had taken place on a much larger scale than initially suspected. The investigation became a major controversy in the community, raising questions about TCP’s event sizes and leadership’s involvement
