Declarations of war
Following a recent conflict between the Businessmen of Club Penguin and the Snow Walkers of Club Penguin, another war transpires unceremoniously. According to BOCP founder Mythrix, he was motivated by his dislike of Torn. On April 24, BOCP officially declared an off-map war.

Just three days later, on May 28, Snow Walkers declared war on the Imposters of Club Penguin, naming it the Snowing Imposters War. Not long before that, they cut their alliance with the Snow Walkers of allegedly multilogging during their opening event.

What Sparked These Conflicts?
Subsequently, following the temporary shutdown of the first generation of the Businessman of Club Penguin. Mythrix also announced a merger with the Templars in response to declining activity. Furthermore, Mythrix had planned a revival on June 12, indicating that the shutdown was not permanent. However, the planned revival faced disruption from the outset. Consequently, Fruit Salad disassociated himself from the project, announcing a complete break from the entire army scene, thereby dismissing the potential revival.

The announcement of the merger
Thereafter, the army continued to stay in operation despite it’s merge. In contrast, the situation escalated when the Imposters of Club Penguin were defaced on May 26. While people were still trying to figure out who did it, Mythrix openly admitted his involvement by bragging about the sabotage in private chats.
The league administration responded promptly following the leak of the confession. Mythrix was hit with a permanent league ban for defacing an army. With no further options available, Mythrix announced his departure from the community and the subsequent shutdown of BOCP, following its merger with SWCP.

Mythrix’s response to his ban
To conclude, May ends with several escalating sequences of events, leading to major changes within the small/medium community. Many armies experienced significant transformations during these occurrences. Meanwhile, some armies rebuild themselves, while others strengthen their existing structures. Undoubtedly, the month concluded with shocking cascades of events amid a tournament. These events raise several questions about the community’s future. Will there be further escalations like this in the future? What upcoming conflicts might occur within the s/m community?
