Last week, the Templars appointed Shallissa as Grand Prior in their leadership. Today, we take a closer look at her journey and the experiences that led to this role.

Shallissa’s History
Shallissa began her army career in June 2019 after being recruited into the Recon Federation through Club Penguin Rewritten. She rose quickly, becoming Third-in-Command within two weeks and the army’s first General. She worked closely with Prior Bumble, Cabin, and Kailey310, helping RFCP grow in size and activity. Shallisa took part in 11 wars and 3 tournaments, while also contributing to foreign relations and daily operations. Despite being in a US timezone, she briefly led AUSIA, reaching maxes of 18+ during World War Rewritten. However, internal conflicts, scandals, and criticism over her relationship with leadership led to backlash during her time in RFCP.
In July 2020, during RFCP’s isolation period, Shallissa pushed for renewed activity and helped coordinate a war against the Templars. As tensions within RFCP grew, she eventually left and joined the Templars as Grand Prior, leading to her disownment. Shallissa faced attacks and later conducted a post and put an end to those responsible. She went on to co-lead in the Outsiders War alongside Xing, Racecar4, and Chainpro, reaching maxes of 30 and becoming known for strong recruiting efforts.

Leadership Rise
In January 2021, Shallissa joined the People’s Imperial Confederation as Fourth-in-Command and quickly helped drive its third-generation revival. Within weeks, she rose to Commander-in-Chief, largely due to her recruiting efforts, bringing in over 600 members and earning the Medal of Camaraderie. Alongside Sidie9, Lunch Room, and SupremeP0wer, she helped stabilise PIC during the early HTML5 era, maintaining sizes of 15–20 and consistent Top Ten placements. As other leaders retired or became inactive, she took on more responsibility, often leading events herself. She organised practice battles, reached sizes of 20, and was later named a PIC Legend.
Later in 2021, Shallissa returned to a more active leadership role during rising tensions that led to the Golden Intelligence War. Working with Sidie9, Pie, and Aydoon, she helped lead PIC against Post Malone Army and the Golden Troops. She briefly returned as Commander-in-Chief, helping PIC reach new generation maxes of around 25 and guiding them through a strong run in Challengers Cup 2. PIC secured a dominant victory in the war and later defeated the Water Vikings in another conflict. By the end of the year, Shallissa had played a key role in PIC’s success across wars, growth, and leadership.
Second Rise
At the start of 2021, Shallissa stepped back from PIC leadership due to mental health reasons, and the army soon shut down. After an eight-month break, she returned as Third-in-Command in the Army of Club Penguin. During a period where ACP had dropped to Small/Medium status, she helped rebuild its size alongside other leaders, contributing heavily through recruiting. ACP eventually regained Major status and went on to win Beach Brawl II. Shortly after, Shallissa left the army following internal conflict.
After retiring from PIC in 2024, Shallissa went on a break from the army community before returning in November 2025 with the Templars as a Leader-in-Training. Since her return, she has remained active within leadership discussions and contributed to TCP’s victory in the S/M Christmas Chaos finals in 2025. She also played a role in helping the army regain Major status shortly after rejoining alongside Sidie9. Shallissa was involved in the raid campaign against Void Troops and took part in the army’s March Madness run. In addition, she has helped manage TCP’s growing presence on Club Penguin Journey, particularly by writing website guides that have supported recruitment efforts. Most recently, she has helped Templars achieve a third-place victory in the March Madness XI against the Water Vikings.

SHALLISSA’S ACHIEVEMENTS
Shallissa led PIC through several successful conflicts, winning wars against the Dark Vikings (2023), Winged Hussars (2024), Penguins of Madagascar (2024), Special Weapons And Tactics (2024), and Secret Service (2024), while also serving as a leader during World War IX. Alongside this, PIC found major success in tournaments, winning Beach Brawl III (2023), New Year Bonanza S/M (2024), and Around the World Cup S/M (2024). Notably, PIC became the first S/M army since Pizza Federation—and still the only one—to earn a CPAB emote after securing three consecutive S/M tournament victories, highlighting a period of strong dominance.
LEADERSHIP INDUCTION
Shallissa was inducted into the Templars’ leadership during the Templars’ 8th Anniversary Event as a Grand Prior. Following this, Sidie, the new Empress of Templars, released a post on the Templars’ website, detailing her thoughts on the current state of TCP.

Club Penguin Armies contacted Shallissa for her thoughts on her induction into TCP’s leadership.
Looking back on your army journey, are there any regrets or wishes you have?
I’ve been in the community for ages and I’ve learned so much. I know I’ve made mistakes and there are so many things I wish I had done differently, but I won’t go as far as to say I regret anything. Each experience I’ve gone through has made me more and more resilient. The same things that knocked me down before can’t knock me down again and I won’t make the same mistakes twice. My only wish is to use everything I’ve ever learned in armies to make Templars the best it can possibly be.
You’ve been in the army community for quite a while; how does it feel, and what does it mean to you to now be commanding your army?
It’s funny because when Sidie returned to Templars I told her I wanted no involvement, then I became Advisor. I told her I didn’t want to enlist and the next thing I knew I was Leader-in-Training. I told her I was hesitant to lead and now I’m Templars leader once again. It took me quite a few months to warm up and feel comfortable with the idea of becoming leader again, but I’m so happy that I’m ready now. I know I would have been able to become leader much sooner if I wanted to, but I really appreciate all of the patience Sidie, Bora, Zez, and Xing have given me. I asked for baby steps and they supported me every step of the way without any pressure. My prior experiences in armies left me in a really bad state so being Templars leader once again means everything to me. It is proof of my resilience and hard work to better myself both online and in real life.
What is one of your favourite moments in this community?
I have a few favorite memories but first I must give a shoutout to my PIC homies. Our Beach Brawl 3 victory is still something I am so proud of and I remember that win quite fondly. Sidie and I had grinded for years trying to get a PIC tournament win and we finally got one. By the time 2024 had ended we had earned three trophies and were even rewarded with PIC’s own emote on CPAB. I will forever cherish PIC as a whole because that is what brought Sidie and I to each other.
My favorite Templars memory might be a bit controversial!! If I had told myself at the time that I would cherish this memory I would have probably slammed my head through a glass window. The defacement of the old Templars server and the events that transpired after were horrific, and I wouldn’t wish that upon any army. However, looking back, it was so amazing how everyone within the Templars community came together to rebuild. The way each of us rallied together to recruit and make our new server a home for everyone is something I look at fondly. We grew by hundreds of members in just a few days, and now we sit at over 2,500 members in our new Discord a little over three months later. The circumstances were horrible but it allowed me to see first hand how incredible the Templars community is. I was already Leader-in-Training when the defacement happened, but the rebuilding process is what truly inspired me to want to become leader once again. Witnessing how the Templars were able to turn a horrible situation into something positive was truly inspiring for me. The entire experience taught me that attitude and perspective is everything, and it needs to be mind over matter always. I never thought I’d take so much away from a Discord defacement but it has truly reshaped the way I view life in general. By having a strong support system and a good attitude you can not only survive a horrible situation, but even find good admist the tradgedy. Similar defacements have been the death of so many other armies but in our case it made us even stronger. I hope this can be a lesson to all in the same way it was to me. The Templars have faced its fair share of hardship and turmoil but managed to snap back each and every time. Witnessing this in action, especially in one of the most extreme cases in our army’s history, is something I am so thankful to have been a part of.
How do you plan on improving the Templars? Do you have any goals in mind for the army?
When I joined Templars as Advisor I made it my mission to revitalize their Club Penguin guides. Sidie and I (mostly Sidie) quickly got to work on a fresh design for the Templars website and the rest is history. The guides have brought us more success than I could have ever imagined. Unlike a lot of other armies I’m not just writing them for clicks and recruits, I am genuinely wanting interaction with Club Penguin players regardless of if they join our Discord. We are getting thousands of views per week and hundreds of people joining the discord. The army aspect of Templars remains optional, we don’t try to force things on to anyone. This has resulted in an overrall friendly and authentic recognition of the Templars in game and I couldn’t be happier. We are hoping to be the ones to change the game and the way Club Penguin players view armies. Bad experiences have left people with a poor view of the community, rightfully so! It is important to exist on Club Penguin in a way that doesn’t disturb others and instead builds new and positive assosications. Obvious army events where constant advertising is happening genuinely make me cringe, these hurt all armies in the long run. People don’t want to be a cog in a Club Penguin army machine, they want friendship and genuine community. Most importantly, they want to interact with people who play and care about Club Penguin as much as they do! All of this has been key in keeping people active in our Discord and getting them excited about our CPAB events and battles! This is very obvious through our immense growth over the past few months. As Templars leader my main goal is to keep up the good work! There is always room for improvement and I’m always trying to think of new ways to keep our CPJ players more engaged in our community. I have tons of ideas that I’m really excited for, and I think our members will love them. Summer is coming up and I’m beyond excited to see what all of this does for us on the battlefield!
Lastly, do you have any final remarks you’d like to share with the Templars or the whole community?
Long Live Lei Nation and our Supreme Leader John Diss.
Shallissa’s career has been shaped by steady leadership, consistency, and meaningful impact across multiple eras. From large-scale wars and competitive tournaments to key rebuilding efforts, she has left a clear imprint on the community’s history. Her legacy is often associated with influence, resilience, and a track record of effective leadership. Her recent induction has already sparked discussion: many are curious about what direction she will help steer the army in next. Whether she focuses on restructuring, recruitment, or strengthening activity, her experience suggests she won’t be a passive leader. The real question is how quickly she can translate that history into visible changes in this new role.
