On January 13, Dillon opened the White Troops, rebranding from the Dillon’s Underground Mafia Army. We will take a closer look at the rebrand and how it will help the army.

Dillon began his Club Penguin Armies journey in 2012 by joining the Light Troops. This recruitment happened on one of the original private servers, Old Club Penguin. After remaining there for two years, he decided to join the Blue Miners Army under a different name. Eventually, in 2017, he received permission to revive the well-known Underground Mafias Army. He led the army through the shutdown of Club Penguin, stepping down at the beginning of 2018. When UMA was shut down in 2020, he left the community for a short while.
He returned in 2023, writing editorials and sticking around the Water Vikings. In 2025, however, he wished to lead an army again. While he didn’t create or revive a new army immediately, he led some events for WV. This contributed to his desire, eventually leading to an official return to the community. With WV not in need of leaders, he hoped to receive permission to revive UMA once more. Unfortunately, his request was denied. As a result, he formed a meme army based on his faction in the 2018 UMA Civil War, Dillon’s Underground Mafia Army. With the army nearing success, he decided to create his own original army.
Looking back at his past, he officially created the White Troops, which he first thought of as a 9 year old in Light Troops. He, along with df44, redid the website exactly as the original looked and officially realized his childhood goal. Within a few days of the rebranding, he allied with the Army of Club Penguin, as confirmed by Daniel.

What plans do you have for the new White Troops?
I want to re-establish myself as a leader. I’ve been out of leadership for a long time, and I want to re-establish myself, as well as the War army mentality. Basically, once I get going, expect to see “BREAKING: WHITE TROOPS DECLARE WAR” at least once a month.
How do you think the rebrand will help the army improve for the future?
I think this rebrand was a necessity. As I mentioned before, I wanted to return as an actual, serious leader. DUMA, while it was a funny meme army, was never going to be that huge step in a return to the community. White Troops is an actual army. I want to establish foreign relations, alliances, participate in the map, the works. It was necessary to get the “meme army” vibe far away from my army.
Will the White Troops have any major changes from DUMA?
Absolutely. For one, I want to hire an actual staff team, for another, as said before, this is a real army, not just me and my friends shitposting every now and then.

White Troops is a serious army and will likely be Dillon’s last in the community. With this turn, White Troops are better suited to become formidable and become a powerhouse in the army community.
