The first day has already gone by, with only 23 remaining till Christmas. This is the second edition of the special Christmas column, which includes historical information and challenges to the community.

Introduction
Like the previous one, this issue is divided into 4 sections, with the first one being the introduction. As mentioned in the Christmas 2025 @ CPA, the posts of this column will include the “This Day in History” of the day, as well as the daily challenge to the community. There will also be a fun fact in the end of the post.
This day in history – december 2
Cabin Becomes a Viking Commander
On December 2, 2023, Cabin was promoted to Viking Commander after an announcement was made. The promotion happened during the Christmas Chaos XIII preparations, in which the Water Vikings were facing the Help Force. Cabin had much leadership experience before WV, formerly leading and becoming a legend in the Templars and the People’s Imperial Confederation. He had also created his own army, the Napalm Corps, which participated in World War IX. Cabin’s addition in the WV leadership was a pivotal change. He led for 6 months, which was enough to win 2 major tournaments back to back, CCXIII and March Madness IX. Additionally, he participated in 2 wars, losing the first one against TCP and winning the next shortly after against the Army of Club Penguin.
A Christmas Chaos Battle Causes … Chaos
On December 2, 2018, in the Christmas Chaos edition of that year, the Elite Guardians of Club Penguin faced the Templars in the Quarter Finals. It was said to be one of the biggest battles of the year, with TCP ending up winning 3-1. EGCP then accused the Templars of using allies to inflate their maxes, given that they were higher than their normal ones. Two days later, EGCP hosted an event maxing over 40 and having tactics against the Templars, teasing a war against them.
After the event, TCP leader and creator, Xing, announced to his army that EGCP had declared war. He then rallied his troops to conduct a war training, preparing for it. In the post interview, EGCP leader Edu14463 revealed that the tensions between the armies had started months ago, while criticising Xing’s past actions and accusing his army of using allies. He also appeared prepared to fight that war.

Completing any of the 24 Challenges will grant you the basic participation role. Additionally, successfully finishing at least 4 of this week’s challenges will grant you the competitor role. If you complete all 7 of this week’s challenges, though, you will receive the Challenge Master role. The highest tier reward will be given to the people who complete all 24 challenges. They will be allowed to add a preferred emoji to the server, as long as it adheres to the server rules.
Fun Fact
Out of the 15 admins in CPA’s history, Snork has had the shortest tenure, staying in the administration for 76 days. Mchappy had the longest tenure, being an admin for 476 days, which is over 1.25 years.
