A vague and unexpected war declaration surprised the army community, as the Secret Service declared war against the Winged Hussars.

The Secret Service has officially declared war against the Winged Hussars. The declaration was vague, and the exact reasons for the cause of war are yet unknown. The community is thrilled to see such an unanticipated war taking place, though they do not find interest in it. According to SS leader JoelFreak, the intent of the war is friendly. This is the first time the army community has seen the two armies in conflict.
The declaration initiated war between the Secret Service and the Winged Hussars
The Service recently battled the Sapphire Concordat Alliance following the development of the International United Armies alliance. Interestingly, they were defeated in a close battle that scaled to overtime. Moreover, the Service acquired a size of about 40 and continues to acquire sizes of almost 30 consistently.

The Hussars have not faced many wars since their reopening in early 2024. However, they faced the People’s Imperial Confederation shortly after their debut in the community. The Winged Hussars had practically won most battles, yet the victor was deemed PIC due to a peace treaty.
Subsequently, Club Penguin Armies approached SS leader JoelFreak and WH leader Shinzō to learn their thoughts about the war.
What required you to declare war against the Winged Hussars?
JoelFreak: Shinzo prefers waffles over pancakes. That doesnt fly in SS.
How do you feel the Winged Hussars will respond to the call of war?
Shinzō: The best response we can issue is simply veto our allies and friends to judge the battles because they portray the biggest danger to us. They clearly had enough of our success and want to bring us down. We already had to veto the two worst people in all of CPA, Eden and Edu, and we are not afraid to use our veto power more often on those who hate us. But of course, apart from that, the WH is preparing their Secret Clade Weapon to use against the Obvious Service. With that in hand, they will stand no chance. This is the best response to this ruthless and absolutely unprecedented declaration of war.
How do you predict your army’s outcome in the war?
JoelFreak: I think SWAT will surprise everyone and win the WH vs SS war.
Shinzō: This war will be one of a kind – something you will never ever forget after you’ve witnessed the total level of destruction. It will be something intense. People talked about the current EGCP – ACP War being one of the closest and most intense. But that is nothing against what this war will be like. Prepare for something great to happen. It will go down in the history of CPA. People will be scared to even join CPA after they’ve seen the level of brutality this war holds. I’m sure no side will easily give in, but in this intense, bloody war I’m sure SWAT will come out on top and finally, deservedly take control of the CPA Organisation!
It appears that JoelFreak firmly believes in his success in the war. On the other hand, Shinzō also seems to be brewing up a strategic plan to overcome the opponent. However, they seem to predict a third army intervening in the war that will manage to win, though no information from that army infers such a situation. Do you think the Service will win? Will the Hussars change the tides? Or, will a third army intervene?
