Predictions

Last weekend we saw two exciting battles take place in the Legends Cup XIV Winner’s Semi-Finals and the Loser’s Round One. Unfortunately for them, the Templars, Elite GuardiansArmy of Club Penguin, and the Water Vikings dropped to the Loser’s Bracket. Now, they will fight against each other to avoid elimination at all costs.

Elite Guardians vs. Templars

EGCP vs. TCP in their recent war

The Guardians and the Templars are no strangers to one another. Ever since 2018, both armies have been consistently engaging in conflicts against each other. Most recently, the Guardians fought against the Knights in several battles during the early Christmas Crusade, winning fifteen battles. In May, they launched a successful crusade against the Knights, being recognized as the winners. However, this is the first time both armies face off against each other in a tournament since 2018. Therefore, this promises to be an intriguing battle.

Orange, Advisor: Keeping this one brief, I think EGCPtakes it 3-0. They impressed versus HF and will surely come back with a vengeance. Actually, EGCP 2-1 bc Edu probably loses a room

Litt7, Former WAP Leader: EGCP wins 2-0-1.

Diwix, Help Force: EGCP has, for a while, been going quite strong. A formidable force, notorious for their EU and US troop sizes. I expect a very good max and performance from them, compared to the Templars, who have also been going quite strong. I expect at least a good 2-1-0, win for EGCP.

Sanya, Army Community: EGCP, after losing to the Helpers, I’m sure the Guardians are ready to get back into the game and prove themselves again once more. I feel that EGCP will 3-0-0 TCP because they were able to max so well against the Helpers and they’re usually one of the top armies in the TT and I’m pretty sure they’re eager to have revenge against the Helpers or to battle it out with their old rivals, the Rebel Penguin Federation.

Sweater, Associate Editor: I think Elite Guardians have this in the bag. They are of course coming off of their incredible Around The World Cup victory and looking to win a more serious tournament. Across the tournament, both armies have reached similar sizes but at 100% effort, I don’t think any army can beat the Guardians right now

Army of Club Penguin vs. Water Vikings

ACP vs. WV in their recent war

A rivalry has sparked between the Clovers and Vikings since their Christmas Chaos XIII round, in which we saw the WV 3-0 ACP, ending their run in the tournament. This pattern was also followed in March Madness IX and in the recent war between the two armies, with the Vikings emerging as victorious. Nevertheless, with the Vikings falling to the Small/Medium classification and having a decrease in performance, the Clovers may take advantage of this.

Orange, Advisor: This one is a wild card. I expect ACPto be the favorites but you can’t count out WV even with their backs against the wall. I have a feeling WV will have a good performance here, but overall ACP wins 2-1

Litt7, Former WAP Leader: WVsweeps.

Diwix, Help Force: I believe will be a close match. Although both armies have been through much change since their recent war, I believe they still remain on a similar standard, hence closing the gap between the contenders. Despite the closeness between the armies, I believe ACP may overcome the Water Vikings in an overtime room, 2-1-1 ACPwin (OT)

Sanya, Army Community: For ACP vs WV, I feel this battle will be a close one because I admit ACP hasn’t had much hype for the WV battle as they got a little distracted by the war. WV is still a good army and can probably even it out with ACP with their good sizes. However, I do believe that ACPwill win this battle as they’ve been working hard lately especially after they maxed quite well against the Helpers, and I’m sure their leaders are taking the Vikings seriously.

Sweater, Associate Editor: I know that in their last war the Water Vikings won almost nearly every battle, but just before this tournament the Water Vikings appeared to be in a bit of a slump. That didn’t stop them kicking our ass in Round One, but I do have to wonder if it will affect their performance against another historical major army. I can see them taking at least one room, but I think this battle goes to the Army of Club Penguin.

The community’s predictions are leaning toward two favorites: the Guardians and the Clovers. Nonetheless, this tournament has been filled with surprising turnabouts and outcomes. Therefore, let us wait for tomorrow to see the results unfold. Do you think the Vikings will outperform the Clovers? What about the Templars? Will they be able to beat the Guardians?
