Reporting is one of the most known jobs within Club Penguin Armies because there is always news to be shared. Therefore, it is the media team’s responsibility to ensure news gets delivered to the wider community. But why should you become a Reporter? This is what I aim to explore in this post below.
Do You Have A Love For Writing?
Do you have a passion for writing but cannot express it within your army? Or maybe you are not in an army so have nowhere to write. There is no need to fear, Club Penguins Armies is here. Whether you would like to report on the news or create new and fresh ideas, there is a place for you on our team. We encourage our Reporters to suggest topic ideas as often as they would like. Suggesting a topic does not mean you have to write it yourself but it can get your ideas seen and written.
If you love writing or have the passion to write, even if you haven’t had much experience, Club Penguin Armies is the place for you. All you have to do is apply and we will soon respond!
Does Your Lack Of Experience Restrict You?
Have you ever wanted to write for CPA but do not have any experience in writing? That is okay!!! As long as you have the passion or will to write and are willing to learn, you will fit in well. Not everyone comes into CPA as a perfect writer. I do not think that any of us can claim to be perfect even now. However, our experiences help us to improve. With every single post we make, we continue to improve. Even if you are not native English but are willing to write and learn, we will support you every step of the way!
Club Penguin Armies is not just an organisation but it’s a place for people to have fun. Writing constantly may seem like a chore to some, but if it is something you enjoy then you will have fun. With every post made, Editors will provide you with feedback. This feedback should be used to help you develop as a writer. Therefore, whether you are experienced or not, as long you are willing to learn, come and apply. We have the role of Reporter in Training to help anyone and everyone to become a Reporter. So don’t shy away, become a Reporter today!
Are You Only Interested In Opinion Pieces/Editorials?
Even if you are only interested in two types of posts or maybe even interested in something else, we want YOU. While CPA is often seen as a news organisation, we try to post opinion pieces and editorials as often as we can. Having people who want to write these types of posts only helps us. Even if you just have an interest in them but do not specialise in them, we would be happy to hear your ideas. All ideas are welcome. While not all ideas may come to fruition, they will be listened to.
If you have no interest in writing but have some post ideas, feel free to send them to us! While there is no guarantee that they all will be posted, we will discuss all of them. If your ideas are chosen one of our talented Reporters or Editors will be up to the task.
