Recently, one of the People’s Imperial Confederation’s most decorated leaders, Alucard, returned to the position of Commander-in-Chief. Today we will investigate what led to his return, and what his plans are.

Alucard’s Army History
Alucard first was introduced to armies in December 2019, joining the Templars, where he made acquaintances with several community members. Following his time with the Crusaders, Aaron would go on to found the Dark Vikings alongside TrapAnt and the infamous Krosive. After an unsuccessful first generation, Krosive and Alu would go on to join the Ice Warriors, making their way to Fifth-in-Command, before leaving to rejoin TCP.
Moving into 2023, Alucard was without an army, and eventually began talks with the People’s Imperial Confederation. Eventually, the rank of Third-in-Command was decided upon, and this remained Aaron’s rank leading into World War IX. As a part of the Sapphire Concordat, Alu made a name for himself, and following the perplexing end of the war, Alucard found himself leading PIC.

Aaron got straight to work following his promotion. With a decisive victory in the Beach Brawl III tournament, he was bestowed PIC’s Medal of Vitality. Clearly, Alu’s hard work and dedication had paid off, and this was evidently known by the community due to both his own, and his army’s success at the Winter Awards 2023. PIC claimed the trophy for best Small/Medium army, and Alucard took home the award for best S/M leader, with fellow leader Sidie9 in third.
PIC’s success would not slow down, with them taking home the New Year Bonanza S/M trophy. For his continued service, and due to his value to the army, Alu was inducted into PIC’s Hall of Fame. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end, and as such, Aaron’s time in PIC ran out. Despite his retirement, he would go down as one of the army’s most influential Commanders.

Return to glory
On November 8, PIC leader Scars released some unfortunate news – the army would be going into lockdown. Following shortly after this revelation, Aaron made a shocking announcement, stating he would be returning for his third stint as a leader of the Confederation. Following his unban from Club Penguin Army Battleground, Alu seemed eager to get involved with PIC hands-on once more.

To find out more about his return, Club Penguin Armies contacted Alucard for an exclusive interview.
I. Being a PIC Legend, and one of their most decorated leaders of all time, what inspired your return?
The army went into a locked down state as we needed to rebuild the community aspect in PIC, I think my experience as a leader will help that growth.
II. How will you use your experience to improve the army’s state, and what are your goals for the army?
With my experience I believe I can help to bring PIC back to a state where the army is sitting comfortably without fluctuating maxes and an active server chat with people constantly interacting with the stuff we put out. On top of this we will be working on a site redesign and a GFX overhaul to usher in this new “era”.
III. You mention “ushering in a new era” of PIC – as well as this, the last time PIC was major was under your command, do you expect the same to happen here?
I believe we have a strong team who are very capable of achieving this same milestone and maybe pushing it futher beyond just major classification.
IV. What does “pushing it further” entail? Could we see conflict between armies emerging?

Evidently, Alucard’s return signals the beginning of a new period for the People’s Imperial Confederation. With a revised leadership, and a strong staff team, the Confederates are eager to prove themselves. But what do you think the future holds for PIC? Could Aaron bring them back to their Major status?
