An Interstellar Call: Wii Phone Ally With Star Force

On October 1, we witnessed two of the community’s newest armies announce an alliance. Today, we will look at the history of the Star Force, as well as the wii phone, and discuss the events leading up to this alliance.

Army Histories

On June 15, a new army entered the community. The Star Force, founded by long-time Special Weapons and Tactics leader, Fun X Time. This army showed great potential from the beginning, achieving a respectable max of 18 at their opening event. Following their introduction to the community, the army quickly allied with the Aliens. As of yet, the army has not engaged in any conflict, showing the same non-aggressive nature of their allies.

On September 18, we saw another new face enter the scene. The wii phone army was created by Lort533, a former member of the Doritos. As well as being an army veteran, Lort is an influential figure in the development of Club Penguin Army Battleground, helping implement the Casa Fiesta room for Legends Cup XV.

Star-ting a connection

On October 1, we saw an evolution of diplomatic relations, with an alliance being announced that shocked the community. Despite having limited to no interactions, the wii phones announced their alliance with SF. Lort thanked Fun X Time for his dedication and commitment to handling this alliance, allowing for a flourishing relationship to develop.

Lort announces the alliance between Star Force and the wii phone

To find out more about the events leading up to this alliance, Club Penguin Armies contacted Lort533 and Fun X Time for an exclusive interview.

Since wii phone is a new face in the community, why did you choose this army specifically to ally with?

Lort533: to be fair, I just looked at the army list and went “that army would be cool”, earlier we (I and Elite) also tried reaching out to Shreks without success so we decided to reach out to a different army

Fun X Time: wii phone reached out to us for an alliance, and we understood their goal and chose to help them. They maintain a good reputation in the community, so we firmly believe in the success of the alliance. It’s not always the longevity or greatness of an ally that one should look at, but also its great personalities, its themes, and its mission. The leadership and the crew at Star Force were in 100% assent of this decision, of those who voted.

How do you see this alliance benefiting both armies going forward?

Lort533: eventually sure, we could come up with something that will help both of us out, especially that krill and me are programmers so something cool might come out of it one day

Fun X Time: Star Force and wii phone make a good small/medium army combination. Usually, anyone that manages to successfully ally with the Star Force enjoys strong political support and a well-communicated exchange of wisdom. Therefore, as allies at the same level, we feel that it’s right to support each other so we can benefit together in the long run. This alliance doesn’t make the two armies lose anything; only gain.

Can we expect to see any cross-army events or engagement soon?

Lort533: hopefully we will have cross army events to upkeep the alliance and positive relations between our armies

Fun X Time: Right now, no cross-army events, engagement, practice battles, or so, are expected. Star Force is presently focused entirely on establishing peace, getting recruits, and making important amends to its already-great structure. We feel that the time is not yet ripe to start being involved in usual army activities. Hence, we don’t foresee any such events.

Clearly, this alliance will benefit both armies, as well as promote increased activity within the community. Surely this pair will go on to achieve great things. But what comes next for these two armies? What will this alliance allow them to achieve? Could we potentially see some conflicts emerge due to their presence and strength?
