As we drew summer to a close, the army community witnessed an exciting series of commemorations on August 30. Let us learn more about the Fortune Gala and how the ceremony turned out.

The Club Penguin Armies organization hosts the “End of Summer” Awards, a ceremony recognizing various achievements within the army community. This annual event serves to formally acknowledge successes observed throughout the summer period and provide community members with a voice. Likewise, this year too, in cooperation with the Community Committee, the Fortune Gala Awards 2025 ceremony was organized. The much-anticipated event was held on CPA Battleground, which offered custom rooms exclusively designed for the ceremony. This followed a week-long voting process that allowed community members to determine the winner for each award. More importantly, a nomination form was released only a few days before to help everyone make choices in the final round.

The Results
To summarize, there were 34 awards in total. Of these, 3 were dedicated to armies, 26 to individuals, and 5 to moments, tournaments, or posts. Among the winning individuals, Aurora received the most awards—a whopping 6, followed by Bestpenguin, who garnered 4. Additionally, CPA felicitated fellow members from the Media, Moderator, Top Ten, Community Committee, and YouTube departments. Furthermore, due to the league’s partnership with CPAB and CPA Judges, judges and game moderators were also added to the competition.

Moreover, Dino designed the trophies, with the branding being set by our Head of Branding, Master DS. In addition, a recording of the event, taken by our Head YouTuber Lady Eden, is yet to be shared with the community. Thus, it can be said that organizing this high-profile event required a great deal of teamwork and coordination. In favor of this project, the Administration of the organization also deserves a share of the credit due to their excellent leadership skills.
Club Penguin Armies approached the Community Committee Heads to learn more about their experience while working to set up the event.
What experience did the Community Committee have in hosting the ceremony this year?
Frickle, Community Committee Head: The community committee got experience of being able to work as a team to present some awards and organise how they wanted to do it. They also got experience of being able to choose the types of categories, and be creative to create the voting and nomination plans we had. As well, they were able to discuss with each other as to what we did at the event.
We reached out to the winning individuals of various Army and Department Awards to explore their feelings regarding their triumph.
How proud are you of your award? And, do you have any other comments?
Bestpenguin, Best Major Army Leader, Most Achieved, Best Moderator: I’m very proud of myself for my awards. These awards proved that aliens are rising and we are no longer an underdog.
I would like to thank my coleader sheriff and my entire staff team along with my lovely aliens for always supporting me and for being my backbone. Without their efforts and support, aliens wouldn’t be here. These awards do not belong only to me but to everyone who is a part of aliens. Thank you to all my friends for voting for me 💗
I would like to end with the most beloved slogan in aliens,
Together, we care, we share, we rise, and we smile!Ghostt, Best Small/Medium Army Leader: I am honestly very proud of winning the best s/m leader award. I started Scarlet Republic in January this year and I would have never thought we would have grew this fast. I am just happy that I got it through a lot of hard work and with a community I created helping me. Couldn’t have done it without them.
And as far as additional comments id just like to thank anyone who reads this that may have helped me along the way. Especially all of the SR Members and Staff team.
Mato, Best Higher Command: I’m very proud of my award, I appreciate everyone who voted for me so much. Shoutout to SavageCobra because I wouldn’t have won this award if it wasn’t for his support and advice throughout my time growing as a HCOM. Also shoutout to the best WV branch, the Guardians 🔥🔥🔥
Aisha, Biggest Retirement: It’s a nice award to win, and thank you to everyone who voted for me.
Zenishira, Best Writer: I am going to be honest, I did not expect to win this award. It was a surprise, for sure.
Cassie, Best Graphic Designer: I’d say I was more surprised than anything as I wasn’t even aware of the gala awards, let alone that I had been nominated for one. But it was a pleasant surprise.
Zooy, Best Moderator: I’m pretty happy with it, but pretty disappointed I missed the gala. I honestly have no idea what I’m doing right to get MoTY 2 times in a row, but I’ll take it! But, uhhh, watch out in community-chat, don’t misbehave and get yourself warned by the bestest most definitely not egotistical mod! Make sure to thank all the other mods for doing good work too, I really didn’t do anything different from them, and welp I have no idea what to say…
moon, Best Top Ten Committee: Winning best TTC member was an interesting award, I don’t even remember being nominated, that’s why I was confused when I won LOL. Very proud after having to count over 40 rouges.
Kazoo, Best Community Committee: Oh, I was so happy to win! I love the Community Committee so much and I’m so grateful for the award and for being part of this department. I think I grew up, even with my social skills (I am shy, in the most of times). And I honestly didn’t expected that I would win 😭
History, Best Judge: I am extremely proud of my award, considering that there were tons of outstanding nominations this summer, and I’m forever thankful to the people who voted for me as well as the head judges who agreed that I should be Judge of the Summer! The only comment I have is that I hope I’ll still be active within the judging community.
T_T, Best CPAB Moderator: im pretty happy to have it won it having been on the team for a yearish now, truthfully i thought it would’ve gone to some of the newer mods but im grateful nonetheless
They truly value what they’ve achieved as awardees. With their newly earned merit, the army community sets fresh examples for individuals who are yet to unlock their full potential. Now, the community waits for the End of Year Awards set in December. Who did you vote for? Are you aiming to win any awards in the End of Year Awards?
