The Water Vikings have witnessed a new, exciting addition to their leadership team. As a shining ray of hope, Raven set his legacy in stone as the Vikings’ latest commander.

RAVEN’S BEGINNINGS
Raven116 began his army journey with the Doritos of Club Penguin, joining through the Club Penguin Online Discord. Although he was not particularly interested in armies at this time, he attended a few events and achieved the lowest staff rank in the then “Doritos Gaming” server. This led to late 2021, when members of the Doritos Gaming Discord were discussing Club Penguin armies, sparking Raven’s curiosity, and from there he joined the Water Vikings. He quickly gained staff and ranked up to Fourth in Command there. After some time, Raven migrated to various armies, such as the Magma Clan, Templars, and Special Weapons And Tactics.
Never quite feeling at home in any of these armies, Raven left them. During the Second Eagre Foray war, he returned to WV, where he remained for some time. Following internal disagreements within the Water Vikings in August 2023, Raven took a break from armies. This was until one day when Scars and JoelFreak found him around in Club Penguin Armies. The pair managed to re-recruit Raven and eventually, he became more and more active in the CPA community again.

RISE TO THE TOP
Upon his return to CPA this year, Raven began discussing an Aliens of Club Penguin revival with Bestpenguin. Initially reluctant, BP eventually agreed and Raven became a staff member there. Unfortunately, Raven left Aliens due to other commitments. Upon hearing that Water Vikings were in need, Raven reached out to help them, joining as a Third in Command, and working his way up to leader in just two months.

As the army Raven leads remains over a decade old, he has much ahead of him to tackle. Following their performance in Project Conquest: Blood Bowl and the return from their month-long hiatus, Raven’s promotion may inspire change within the WV community. The Vikings’ leadership announced his promotion to leader at the end of one of their events, hosted on November 10.

In my capacity as a leader of the Water Vikings, my focus is directed towards bringing the organization back to its former glory and Making WV Great Again. We will respect the past but will apply a strict and strategic approach in achieving success. The key aspects will include improving team coordination, upgrading training systems, and creating a respectful and bonding environment. We will revamp our image by improving tactics and encouraging the members, and we hope to be a force to reckon with in the culture once more. This effort will be demanding, but I assure you that we will do great things for the army.
In conclusion, it is clear that the Water Vikings are on the rise, with recent events going well. Yet, many still question how Raven’s addition to the leadership impacts the army. As we anticipate his great potential leadership, we at Club Penguin Armies wish the best for the Vikings. Will he be a driving force in their success or another cog in the Water Vikings machine?
