Throughout the time of army history, we see many different styles and themes of army websites. Most army websites symbolize their army with their style, but some can be more modern and unique. In this edition of Picture Perfect, we will see some past army websites and some present army websites. Let’s get into some of the similarities and differences of some army websites.

rebel penguin federation

The first army website that we will talk about is the Rebel Penguin Federation website. The last image is from January 2019. Back then, the RPF was called the Rebel Federation, and they mostly only hosted game events. Following this, the graphics look pretty similarly designed, but some differences exist.

The categories that you can click on are the same, which is very consistent for their army. There isn’t much of a major change in the background, but the colors are different, and the flag is positioned in a different spot. The RPF has mostly kept things the same with their website, but you can also see the improvements of the site.

help force

The next army that we will be talking about is the Help Force. The website has changed a ton throughout the past few years. The past image is from May 2020. We can see that the website has changed a ton, with all the different graphics and the layout. The past website seems very familiar to the present RPF website layout.

The categories are in a different position, and there has also been more additions that have been added throughout time. In the past website, the post format seems similar to the present RPF post layout. In general, the old website looked like more of the RPF present site. The backgrounds are also different. The past website had more colors, and the present mostly has blue and gold, which is the army’s signature colors.

special weapons and tactics

Now, we will be talking about the Special Weapons and Tactics website. The past image is from June 2014. The layout of this website looks similar to HF’s, with the format and the. With the past website, the colors were more monotone than the present one.

We can also see an improvement with the design, as there is more things that you can click on and read. There are also more graphics in the present website, which are very well designed. Overall, the development of SWAT’s website is pretty big, and the improvement is very good.

elite guardians of club penguin

Up next, we will be talking about the Elite Guardians of Club Penguin website. Now, this website seems the most developed out of all the ones we have listed. The past image is from July 2018. The colors are also more monotone in the past website, just like SWAT’s. The layout is also a lot different, and everything looks rearranged.

There is not much of a difference with the graphics, as there is less graphics, and more room for the posts to be visible. There are also less categories to click on, which can make the website seem less cluttered. But, the difference of the past and present websites is very noticeable.

water vikings

For our final army, we will be talking about the Water Vikings website. The past image is from May 2022. For this website, it seems as it is one of the least changed army websites. Not much is different, but you can see some different graphics. The post format is also very similar, but it shows their army very well.

With this, the website looks pretty simple, but it is also organized as well. There is no archives page, but you can still browse through their past posts. There is not many differences with this website in general, but it can mean that the army likes to keep things the same.
