After a couple of weeks into September, the army community witnesses surprising news as two new armies prepare for war. On September 14, the Rebel Penguin Federation officially declared war on the Secret Service. Let’s delve further into the details surrounding this declaration.

War Declaration
The community is set to witness another war, as the Rebel Penguin Federation has declared war against the Secret Service. With both of the armies possessing control over servers on the CPA Map, the war is set to be a map war with land being at stake. The war is set to be a 1 on 1 war between the two armies. In the declaration it explains that there will be no outside involvement, meaning dual-enlists and allies are prohibited from attending for either army.
Link3000 officially declaring on SS
Neither the Rebels or SS are a stranger to war. The Rebels have maintained a brilliant record in wars, achieving victory over almost each of their opponents. One of the last war the Rebels were part of which was notable was World War IX, of which the Rebels were found to break one of the terms on the treaty. Although the peace treaty was broken, this was one of their most notable wars that they were involved in. On the other hand, SS have participated in numerous wars this summer. Most recently, SS had come out as victors in their war against the Templars.
reasoning for declaration
The Rebels have mentioned the reason for the declaration to be the plotting by SS behind the army’s back. They mention that SS has recently been strengthening its diplomacy by securing alliances. In addition to this, the Secret Service has tried to secure a No-Aggression Pact with the allies of the Rebels. According to RPF, this is being done as a plot to leave them without any support, and then declare an alliance war on them. Alongside this, the Rebels also shed light on the actions carried out by those affiliated with the Service.

Invasion taking place
Currently, the first war invasion will be the Secret Service for the land of Alaska which will be set to take place on Sunday, September 15 at 10am EST. After that, there will be three other invasions on Sunday. The Rebels have set to invade Toboggan at 4pm EST and Cozy at 7pm EST. The Secret Service have also scheduled an invasion for Mittens at 8pm EST. Both armies are getting ready for war, and it’s clear neither will back down without a fight.
SS and RPF scheduling invasions
Club Penguin Armies reached out to SS leader, Joel, and RPF leader, Link3000, to seek their statements.
Link3000: We didn’t intend to get involved in a war, let alone declare one. But once we realised they were playing dirty we couldn’t stand for it. RPF has been known to be the pacifist army, we don’t declare wars often and we generally try to stay out of active conflict, but that does not mean we don’t stand up for ourselves when we think any form of injustice is happening. The people involved in Secret Service just happened to be the cherry on top as we have a long and not always pleasant history with a lot of them.
Joel: This community is once again doubting the Secret Service. Time and time again they do, and they learn nothing. RPF will be a tough fight, but we are the Secret Service and we will crush the rebellion.
The Rebels insisted they didn’t intend to enter a war, but the situation left them with no choice. Whereas the Service is confident that they are capable of beating the Rebels despite it being a difficult draw. Both the armies seem to be desiring to win this conflict.
