Secret Service has continued to strengthen its diplomatic relations, securing an alliance with the reigning Legends Cup winners, Help Force. This alliance adds to the numerous alliances established by the Service following its reopening.

Since reopening its doors on July 7th, the Secret Service has been significantly involved in the community. Shortly after opening, they acquired multiple servers on the map and have participated in numerous wars, earning victory in two. These wars have been against the Sapphire Concordat, Winged Hussars, and Templars. Aside from these wars, the Service has also been working to strengthen its diplomatic relations by forming alliances with various armies.
Secret Service was initially in an alliance called the International United Armies. However, the alliance was soon shut down and disbanded. Following the closure of the alliance and the destruction of its alliance with Aliens, the Service was able to rebuild, maintain and create new alliances with armies including Aliens, Special Weapons & Tactics, and Spartans. Now, they have added another army to the list of their allies, Help Force.

Recently, the Helpers secured the Legends Cup XIV trophy and have fought in multiple wars. During their most recent war, the Helpers took on the Templars. However, the war ended with a peace treaty, with both sides agreeing to cease all hostilities. Currently, the army is allied with the Army of CP, Aliens, and Water Vikings. Now that both armies are out of war and at peace, this alliance will undoubtedly be beneficial for both sides.
The Helpers announced the alliance in the announcements channel of their Discord server on September 3. The announcement states that both armies have established relations to serve as the beginning of perhaps something great. But what could this mean for the rest of the community?

Club Penguin Armies contacted Joel, Leader of the Secret Service, to get further insight into the alliance’s creation and what goals the two have.
How do you feel about accomplishing an alliance with the Help Force?
It feels pretty good to be allied with hf, they have some awesome people in that army, Im glad we were able to sort out this alliance and will be able to work together for the future
What goals do you aim to accomplish with the alliance?
With this alliance I want to increase our friendship, and become a powerful militant force together

The Secret Service seems to be glad, following the creation of their new alliance with the Helpers. They hope to achieve big things with this alliance and to become a powerful force that would be hard to defeat. To do so, they hope to establish a close friendship with the army.
