Hardly their first war together, the Army of Club Penguin and Elite Guardians have been clashing for the past week.

Army of Club Penguin and Elite Guardians (EGCP) last properly faced off in war during the Holiday Crusade. Clovers, who teamed up with the United Front Alliance, took on the Guardians in a month long war. However, the two sides wiped the war score in favor of a treaty. Based on our archives, the war ended 15-12 in favor of the Elite Guardians.
Throughout 2024, the long-time rivals have been relatively peaceful with one another. In fact, the two came together in an unprecedented event for them, and created a Non-Aggression Pact. Their agreement ended on June 24, just two days after the start of Legends Cup XIV. Ugly, Commander in Chief of the Clovers who signed the pact, thought that it could lead to a good path between the two armies.

It was all just the calm before the storm. On Sunday, July 28, the Elite Guardians officially declared war on Army of Club Penguin once more. SavageCobra, one of the Guardians’ leaders, referenced all past conflicts as a reason that this new war must go on. Additionally, the declaration state that battles are too “sanctioned” these days. A reminder that Club Penguin Armies uses the same general rules that have been widely accepted by many leagues before.

Since then, there have been almost 15 battles. Therefore, we can comfortably predict that this war will last as long as previous engagements. Club Penguin Armies reached out to leaders from both sides to hear what they have to say about the war.
Ugly: I think this war is nothing more than just EGCP trying to keep their relevancy intact and their army continuing to max decently by warring the only army they they somewhat have a reason to war. We would be glad to shut EGCP down again no problem by us.
RammLass: This war is simply a shout that our leadership and troops held in their throats for a long time, as it said in the declaration. It is just a matter of what goes around comes around, it is time for them to feel a taste of their own poison. SORTE VIVVE!
We plan to write battle reports covering the first week of war. It wouldn’t be the summer without a war between these two powerhouses. As of now, the war score sits at 8-9 in favor of the Elite Guardians. Who will put the final nail in the coffin?
