The second month of 2024, despite being a relatively quieter month, marks some notable changes in the ranking of the armies. With five of the armies maintaining their position from last month, three of them have received a lower rank for this month, while the other three see a rise in their positions.

As February comes to an end, the Army of Club once again retains the first spot on Top Ten, this time being joined by the Elite Guardians after the Guardians see a rise of two spots from before. This is not the only tie for this month, as the Help Force witnesses a drop by two spots, getting the same points as the Water Vikings who have retained their fourth place from last month, and in the ninth place, the Penguins of Madagascar and the Winged Hussars see a tie, after the former has moved up by two positions and the latter having retained their spot. The People’s Imperial Confederation and the Special Weapons and Tactics have also maintained their positions from January and have gotten the seventh and eighth rank respectively for this month as well. Finally, the Rebel Penguin Federation has moved up by two ranks, placing third this time, while the Templars see a drop by one spot, receiving the sixth place this month.
