Welcome to “Behind the Scenes”, the column where we look into the day-to-day life of members of the community. In this post, we will be looking at the life of Mogi4 who runs the YouTube Department.
Mogi4 first joined armies on June 19, 2021 when he was invited by a friend to the Ice Warriors. For Mogi4, it felt like home, so he quickly began working his way up their ranks with regular monthly promotions. Eventually, he found himself as a Trusted Staff member and, slowly but surely, made it to Higher Command. He was promoted to Leader in Training in January of this year.
Ever since the Warriors have shut down, Mogi4 has been trying to find his space in the community. Immediately after, he joined the Water Vikings and even was able to rank up to temporary leader in June. However, Mogi4 is no stranger to community ranks as he’s been an active helper and moderator in the community. Even now, since retirement, he works as the YouTube Department Head at Club Penguin Armies.

Above is one of Mogi4’s favorite videos he’s ever recorded. Club Penguin Armies sat down with Mogi4 to further discuss his love for armies.
Can you explain where the name Mogi4 comes from?
The Mogi part is made up, I just randomly thought about it one day. And four is my lucky number. I chose that name when I first made my Roblox account.
Who is Mogi4 when he’s not playing armies?
When I’m not doing any army related stuff then I focus on being an Ice Warriors leader. And I do a lot of stuff and lead it. Other than that I play Roblox and some other games, or do my 125 day streak of Duolingo or watch TikTok.
What language have you been studying on Duolingo?
Japanese and, also, Spanish.
What’s an average day for a YouTube Department Head?
An average day for me as a YouTube Department Head, well, can sometimes be very hard and frustrating but it’s also fun and I enjoy it.
What are some of your fondest memories in the community?
One of my fondest memories in the army communities was back when I was a troop. I loved every moment of that and I was so happy. I also will never forget when Ice Warriors won March Madness for the third time in a row. My happiness was immeasurable.
Also when I hosted the Ice Warriors Roblox Got Talent (twice), which not many know of, but it took months of planning and it was so fun and successful; I’ll never forget those moments.
Do you ever see yourself leading an army again?
I’m not sure if I’ll ever lead an actual army again. I’m busy enough leading Ice Warriors. Unless Ice Warriors revive I probably won’t ever lead an army again.
From the interview, you can tell how much passion Mogi4 has for his Warrior community. We wish him the best as he continues to make an impact in the community at large. Also, thanks for keeping the YouTube Department alive. Will Mogi4 ever be in an active army’s leader seat once again?
