JERUSALEM, Templars Capital – The infamous personality known as Lord Pain has joined the Templars leadership. What will this new induction mean for the Templars and their foreign relations? 

On January 8th, just a day after their declaration of war against the Red Ravagers, Templars  creator Xing announced Lord Pain would be joining the leadership as a ‘Grand Prior’. In an exclusive conversation with our team, Xing stated he hired Pain as one of his leaders as he “thought he could add something pretty good to the leadership, and he seemed willing to help the others which is great“.

Lord Pain joined the community in 2009, and is well known for leading armies such as the Rebel Penguin Federation, Special Weapon and Tactics and Golden Troops. He is most famously known as one of the Black Alliance creators in 2011, which targeted the Army of Club Penguin.

The CP Army Headquarters have been able to speak with Lord Pain in regards to his leadership appointment.

This appointment has come as a surprise, why did you decide to lead the Templars?

Just making my last run, I told the community I would return at some point in an army in the top 3.

Do you have any upcoming plans already in the works?

I have to learn about the army by observation and participation, the obvious thing I can see to do from the start is improve their website. I’ll work closely with their young leaders and aid in their learning experience. I just want to participate in some legendary battles before I retire, I want the Floyd Mayweather or Mike Tyson returning to the ring kind of battles to take place, and of course another meeting with ACP in a Pain Wars 2 is inevitable as many will assume.

How do you think your leadership will impact the Templars?

Once my return hits the news many will army hop to the Templars for the simple fact that I’m leading there now. I will make adjustments to my own style of recruiting to fit the Templars and I will experiment. I believe a Templars maxing 100+ is in the near future.

Is there anything else you would like to say?

I’m just going to take the opportunity to call upon all of my loyalists and fans who are in these other so called “CP Armies”. True war and violence and the very incarnation of what it means to be a club penguin army is about to make its return, its time for you to awaken and spread your wings once more with me in the Templars. I call upon all able bodies to join us.

Lord Pain has made it clear that the Templars are his “last run” here in the army community, and he has even revealed he plans to orchestrate a “Pain Wars 2” against the Army of Club Penguin, who have been witnessing a steady increase in their size recently. But will Pain be successful in achieving his goals, or are his days of glory a thing of the past?
