KLONDIKE, CPA Headquarters – The infamous “troll” army Wet Army Penguins have just announced their seventh and latest leader. Who is this mystery man and what can we expect to see from his leadership?
Established on August 7th by Pandor, the Wet Army Penguins have been a consistently inconsistent addition to the small and medium army community. In their time, the Wet Army Penguins have reached sizes of up to 22 against the Trojans, but have also fallen as low as 6 or 7 in standard training events. Unlike a majority of armies associated with the community, the Wet Army Penguins don’t take themselves too seriously and instead are known to “troll” and to have fun.

On November 9th, 15:53 GMT, army creator Pandor announced that a seventh leader will be joining the ranks: Sauron. For those unfamiliar, Sauron has held high ranking positions in armies such as Shadow Troops and Secret Service – serving as a leader in both. With his leadership in Secret Service, he was able to lead the army to sizes as high as 19 in the Legends Cup, successfully defeating a then-major Special Weapons and Tactics.

Instead of speculating about the future of the army under Sauron, CPAHQ reached out to him to hear about his plans. Below is our exclusive interview with Sauron.
What led you to initially join the Wet Army Penguins?
Sauron: Well I was retired at the time and I wanted some action so I got into WAP to have fun
What were you feeling when you first heard of your promotion?
Sauron: Well I was happy that I would be able to work with 2 great leaders I know Pandor and Td999 and hopefully we can [accomplish] great things as a team.
Can you share with us any future plans you have for the army?
Sauron: Well at the moment not much, just having fun and doing fun events, maybe we might make a nightcore suggestion channel, who knows really?
What would you say to somebody looking to rank up to leader, be it in Wet Army Penguins or a different army?
Sauron: Well that someone needs to enjoy the game and have fun first, after that he will eventually become a leader through hardwork and enjoyment of the time spent in the game

Sauron: leading WAP to great victories once again, maxing 20+, breaking penguin bones? who knows
Judging from the interview, it would certainly appear that Sauron is sticking with Wet Army Penguins’ traditional “have fun” theme but will also be putting in the proper amount of work to make an army succeed. Hopefully his past experience with Shadow Troops and Secret Service proves useful for this task and best of luck to the Wet Army Penguins with their new leader.
