SNOW STORM, Myth’s Kitchen Cupboard – Greetings, and welcome back to another edition of Origins of the Outfit! This week, we’ll be taking a look at the holy origins of the Templars.
Originally created on April 4th, 2018, the Templars have been a staple within the CPPS era of armies. Created and led by army legend Xing, the Templars have engaged in many conflicts, including their rivalry with the Elite Guardians, and most recently, their war with the Special Weapons and Tactics.

Created by Xing, the Templars uniform is one of the most eye-catching and recognizable within the community. Starting with the Golden Knight Helmet as the head item, we then move to the Hiking Backpack for the neck. For the body, the Golden Knight’s Armor will do, with a variety of hand items including the Golden Shield or Thunder Blade. Once you have those items, you’ve successfully created the Templars uniform!
Templar’s Original Uniform(s)
Similar to most CPPS-era armies, the Templars have an alternate uniform which they currently use. This uniform consists of a yellow penguin with just a simple Mining Helmet or Hard Hat.

To find out more about their uniform’s creation, I reached out to creator and legend Xing, to answer a few of my questions.
I want to thank you for letting me ask you a few questions about the Templars’ uniform! What was the inspiration when you created the uniform?
Penguin Oasis. I didn’t want the uniform to be a bland grey. So using the item adder on penguin oasis, I used the golden knight uniform
Club Penguin items are surely fun to mess around with! While on the topic of creating the uniform, what’s your favorite part of the uniform?
The body item because you can use it with any other item in the game, other than that, it’s either the sword or the backpack.
The Golden Knight’s Armour surely is an amazing, and rare item. Now, what makes this uniform so iconic?
It’s just unique in the community, and whenever someone sees a golden knight ingame, they automatically think it’s a Templar. That’s how iconic it is.
I guess it really has become iconic! Did you ever expect the uniform to become so recognizable?
