The wait is almost over, with only 5 days remaining until Christmas. This is the twentieth edition of the special Christmas column, which includes historical information and daily challenges to the community.

INTRODUCTION
Like the previous ones, this issue is divided into 4 sections, with the first one being the introduction. As mentioned in the Christmas 2025 @ CPA, the posts of this column will include the “This Day in History” of the day, as well as the daily challenge to the community. There will also be a fun fact in the end of the post.
This day in history – december 20
RPF Declares War on ACP
On December 20, 2016, the Rebel Penguin Federation UK Commander, Shiny, released a post declaring war on the Army of Club Penguin. The post was short and did not contain much info, but it can be seen that he called ACP an evil army, wishing its death. He also said that ACP would no longer have an empire after the war ended. ACP responded with their own post, only reacting to Lord Pain‘s obsession with killing ACP. In their response, they claimed that they were already ready for war, announcing that they would not back out of it.
Dark Vikings Announce Shutdown
On December 20, 2021, Dark Vikings leader, Krosive, announced that the army would close. This announcement came after the other leader of the army, Alucard, announced his stepdown from the leadership. In the interview section, Krosive stated that he did not have the time to lead it alone and would rather focus on real life. He said that the army would transition into a gaming server. He also estimated that the army could return in two years. Eventually, he was not very wrong, as it ended up coming back the following year.

Completing any of the 24 Challenges will grant you the basic participation role. Additionally, successfully finishing at least 4 of this week’s challenges will grant you the competitor role. If you complete all 7 of this week’s challenges, though, you will receive the Challenge Master role. The highest tier reward will be given to the people who complete all 24 challenges. They will be allowed to add a preferred emoji to the server, as long as it adheres to the server rules.
Fun Fact
Club Penguin Armies has released 2 spotlight investigations this year, which were posted 2 days apart. The first one was regarding Prism, a Water Vikings staff member, multilogging, and the other one pertained to the use of the Sunnydays account, through which the Void Troops violated war terms.
